I normal would give this a 5 because we love going there for lunch. The waitresses are wonderful and it's always clean. However this past Monday we took mom there for lunch. They had the parking lot cleared and the sidewalk but they pushed the snow so you had to step over or walk through a mound of snow to get to the sidewalk. It was not handicap accessible! It have taken a few minutes 2 make a path from the parking lot to the sidewalk. Very disappointed! Here are a few photos.

Ordered carryout. Never again will I eat at this establishment. The lasagna had to be heated when I got it home as well as the garlic bread. The prices were higher than menu prices. Did not even receive the ranch with the salad that I ordered. Been awhile since I ate from here but definitely does not taste well compared to years ago. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Would not give one star but couldn't post the review without posting one.

We love Italian Express restaurant in Canton, IL. We order their Italian beef....which is excellent! Also we like their tortellini, with garlic bread....which is so yummy. Their salads are crisp, it has crunchy garlic croutons and we get italian vinegar & oil salad dressing to go on top. We tried their lasagna with garlic bread and it was wonderful. Large portions and sometimes my hubby and I split an order for lunch Service is fast and friendly and the food is priced well for the amount of food you get. WOW 😁 Anything we have tried is tasty and delicious. The restaurant is very clean. A very hometown feel to this restaurant, and gets 5 stars from me.🍝🍕

I don't think I have ever left a bad review before bc I understand that everyone has a off day sometimes, but I ordered Italian express for dinner tonight they had my order ready very quick but the food was awful. I ordered the family lasagna meal and a pizza. The lasagna was cold and had no taste to it at all as well as the pizza. Hopefully it was just a bad night for them bc I have ordered many times and it's usually really good but for $60 tonight was awful.

We bought 3 family meals, all were more expensive than advertised, the sauce was so thick and tasted burned that my family left it uneaten. Very disappointed. Spent $130.00 and most wasnt really edible. Won't make that mistake again. Even the subs were very poorly put together. Go somewhere else..

Went during the busy Friday lunch hour! Place was very nice. Love the look of the whole inside. Gives you the feel of a real Italian restaurant!!! We have been twice and both time we got the lasagna and the pizza ...... AMAZING!!!!!! We wanted to try something else but it was so good the first time....we just couldn't!! The bread they make is very good!!! And the sauce is the best we have found in Illinois!!!! They make u feel like you belong!!! If you are deciding to try something while you are in Canton....this is it!!!!
