Jennifer is the best!! She listens to what I want and then does exactly what I ask for. That is not my usual experience over the years with other salons. Also, when I am not sure what I want she knows what to do and it comes out great! Love her!!! She also does my highlights and they always come out beautiful.

Just took my mother here to get her ready for my husband's graduation and the lady was so nice and professional.

The atmosphere of the salon was very comforting and relaxing.

Not only am I extremely happy with my hair, I am so grateful for Jennifer's kindness! My appointment was scheduled for an hour and a half and she spent three hours correcting mistakes from a high priced salon. Even with all of that, she charged me pretty much the same thing I had paid when I was in Kentucky, where I went to the same stylist for 15 years.. I am thrilled to find this place!

It brings me no joy to write a negative review especially when the person that did my hair was a very kind person. This review has nothing to do with the cosmetologist character and is entirely based on the hair itself. After being a stay at home mom for 3.5 years, I am starting a new job. I wanted to spruce up my look from mom, to something chic and sophisticated. I made an online appointment where I was able to choose from several coloring options. After doing a little research, I chose the color melt because I wanted some dimension. When I arrived the stylist was honest and said he didn't feel comfortable in doing that technique and said it would be best if I just did an overall color. He chose something dark that matched my natural color. I figured, well.... Okay I guess. I was hoping he'd trim up my ends at the very least but once the color was rinsed the cape was removed and that was it.... I left with drenched hair, boring color and -$90. After coming home, and styling my same ole style and just having a basic dark head, my husband was LIVID!!!! And just so, I spend $90 on something that I could have easily accomplished on my own. I'm feeling pretty deflated from this experience. If you're considering using this salon I highly encourage you call and book your appointment, that way to ensure what you are seeking is something they feel comfortable with delivering. And in the future, if you don't feel comfortable with a technique offered on your online booking, please call the client ahead of time so they can decide if this is the right salon for them. Had that been the situation, I would have called a different salon and spent our hard earned money actually getting what I wanted.

I came to Inside Out salon for a cut & color. I chose Tina from reviews I read. I was so happy that I did...she did a fantastic job for me!!! I've been looking for a new stylist. Tina listened, made suggestions, and was so sweet. I walked out feeling so good about the result...I've definitely found what I've been looking for. An overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this salon & Tina for your hair care needs.

I just moved to the area not long ago and had to find a new hair salon, So I randomly searched and found this one.
The hairdresser who worked with me was Alexis, I couldn't have asked for better service!
I showed her a photo of the style I wanted , and that was all! She did an amazing job! It's so nice to know I now have found a new hair salon and stylist.
The people there are so friendly ! Great service and I will go back for sure!
