Compared to other Imo's locations the product here is disappointing and lazy. The Sandwiches are subpar, and the bread sometimes seems stale in some ends. The pizza could hardly be considering St. Louis Style, its almost never crispy.

We called in our order ahead of time. They said that there would be a 30 minute wave which was not too bad we went somewhere else first and then we came and picked up our pizza and we did the person that answered the window he was very nice and polite. Great experience!

They offer delivery, take-out and dine in. Fast service, clean location.

We ordered two large pizzas, toasted ravioli, provel bites and chicken strips (tenders). Everything was hot, the chicken was juicy, ravioli was golden brown and the pizza was perfectly crisp and delicious.

Whenever I'm in town this is my first stop. I highly recommend this location.

Come on Frankie Imo... I didn't expect that Imos, the "core" pizza establishments of St. Louis, would actually include the core in your salad! That wasn't the only "Bummer" I encountered this evening. I have never ordered from this location before and probably won't again. Your staff member told me "someone" had to be the Guinea Pig today! Really? After explaining that the ordering system was new, I couldn't receive the 20% discount you're boasting! It wasn't possible to place my order online, so I had to call it in. Not only did I lose my previous "Rewards" points, but now it seems your system needs to work out some glitches! But hey, you threw in a nice big core of lettuce... rethink your service and stick to pizza!

Stopped in at the Imos in High Ridge for a couple of Imos Exta Special sandwiches and a couple of drinks for lunch. Dining in is still not an option due to Covid but they do have a waiting area inside still open. This was the cleanest Imos I have ever been in and the service was good and our food was hot! I was Very happy and my belly was too!!

I ordered food @ 5 PM and was told it would be 30 minutes, it's now 8 P.M.. I've called 4x to check on my order, was put on hold 2 times then hung up on. I've called 2x now on hold for the manager for the second time and have been on hold for 20 minutes now.

Delivered the wrong order, called store and they said they would remake and deliver again. After hour I called back to get update and they said it was on the way, called back 30min later and they said they went to the house and a women answered door and said they already got the food. So they didn’t even come back to my house to deliver. Manager “accidentally” hung up on me and all they did was refund my order, no credit for a future order and didn’t apologize or seem to care about the terrible service. Isn’t the first time we have had issues with this location.

So make sure you get everything you ordered because they look at you right in the face and tell you it’s in the bag and when you get home it’s not in the bag . How you supposed to eat a salad with no dressing!!! Sandwich with no Ajou !!!! so when you call they say sure will give you a store credit for something you need for your dinner now , and won’t deliver it would be 45 minutes. .
The workers are a joke !!!!! I recommend going to somewhere else they’re not worth it anymore $35 dollars
