I typically don't write reviews, but I felt this one was necessary: We had a two hour private party to celebrate our family's November Birthdays tonight, for a total of thirty jumpers. Our experience was exceptional. The staff, which does consist of younger individuals, was on par with their customer service. They made certain that the facility was clean upon our arrival, which isn't easy when you have "open sessions" prior to a large party arriving. They helped out with the parents filling out the release waivers, they respectfully watched over the facility to make sure everyone was being safe, they initiated dodge ball matches (which they joyfully participated in), and they interacted with our group to make sure every patron was enjoying their experience to the fullest. This was a memorable event for our group and I truly appreciate the staff for being so outgoing. Thank you.

So many bad reviews and I'm not fully understanding why. Every time I've brought my kids here, we have all had a great time. The place is clean, the employees are nice and, the other parents had control of their own children. I don't have anything negative say about this place. We will definitely be back.

Fun trampoline for how small it is, but doesn't have as much options and things that bigger places have.

They have a good foam pit area, small but good trampoline area, a great place dodgeball area and a good little kids area. The space is a little small and lacks what the bigger places have but it is good for how small it is. They also have lockers for you to put your stuff at.

First time going to iJump in Ammon and it was awesome! Lots of trampoline options for the kids and adults to jump on. We went on a Thursday morning where they had a deal where an adult jump free after paying $5 for a child. Nice clean facility and is set up for having birthday parties which I could see us doing in the future. Staff there were super nice even after the wife broke the rules and jumped in the foam pit while our daughter was also in the foam pit. Read the rules Wife!!! ?Definitely going back for more jumping fun! Oh also they have massage chairs in the entry room where you can get a massage after a good jumping workout.

15 minutes after our arrival one of the kids in our party became ill and unfortunately we all had to leave. They had a strict no refund policy here but I was happy that they were willing to work with us and ended up crediting back half of what we paid and threw in several free hour jump passes. Customer service is great and I appreciate it that they didn't just flat out tell us no here's our policy but they took a minute to listen to our circumstance and understood that we paid a lot of money and we're not getting anything close to what we put in.

We had my sons 4th birthday party here, and it was AMAZING! We have a lot of adults (who wouldn't be jumping) and the managers made sure to accommodate us and we were able to reserve their big party room that over looks the whole place! It was amazing, we had 40-50 people and it was perfect! The managers are amazing and so kind! We have had parties at other kids places here in town, and you can't beat this place! Price, the fun, and we had kids from 1 years old to 18 and all LOVED IT! We WILL be back! Thanks again Ijump!!

Brought the kids on a Tuesday afternoon over Christmas break to jump for an hour. After entering the facility I saw a poster on the wall which indicated the second hour of jumping was free every Tuesday if you follow them on social media. I figure that was a pretty good value since we were already at the facility so I did the social media stuff necessary for a free second hour of jumping. When I went to the front desk the two employees gave me various reasons why they couldn’t honor it. “It is only available on Mondays now between certain hours” and “we can’t do it because of the holiday” (never mind that the facility was dead empty, maybe 20 kids total were jumping). When I suggested they should honor the deal since they were clearly still advertising it I was told they would have to call the manager. After speaking to the manager they confirmed that they would not honor the deal even though they had advertised it.

The funny thing is, the bottom of their poster asks you to “Support us with your reviews and photos on Google”. I’m sharing alright. Oh the irony…

Additionally the water fountain has been out of service for what seems like at least a year. They are happy to sell you water bottles for $1 though instead of just fixing their water fountain.

PS - leaving a bad taste in a parents mouth when they are going to be sitting in your place of business for an hour with nothing else to do isn’t a great idea.

Nothing exciting… It’s just trampolines, foam pits, and a few dodge balls. The dodgeball space takes up half of the already small warehouse, so that doesn’t leave much room for free-jumping. And the trampolines feel weird… And they don’t require socks which is strange. We won’t be back.
