This place is so good! We got a wide variety of things - you really can’t go wrong - but my favorites were the garlic boom boom chicken, short ribs, and ube gyoza. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. I also loved the fun Sake menu. You can tell the owner and staff take a lot of pride in their food and service. Highly recommend!

Friendliest staff you will ever meet! Food is delicious and prepared from local ingredients and farms. Price is good! Definitely worth a stop for some good food!

Amazing and must eat place! We ordered chicken boom boom, beef gyoza, and pork bao buns. Portions were perfect. Amazingly friendly staff and great food. Prices aren't bad either.

A new excellent restaurant has been added to Honoka'a. Great atmosphere, really good food, and it is open till 7 PM two days a week.
I had the crispy curry chicken to go. The to go container keeps the noodles separate until you are ready to eat. For dessert, I had the Gelato Lilikoi Cheesecake sandwich.
It's a good place to eat in as well.

Pillowy soft buns. The yuzu pork is ono and ooishi. The kids loved the noodles and the dumplings. The wet ginger pork with miso broth is heaven in my mouth. My husband like the spice and the uniqueness of the curry long noodle. For drinks if you haven't tried Japanese barley tea (Mugi) then you need to give it a try. The ice cream sandwiches are vegan! So we tried the lilikoi, chocolate hazelnut, and matcha. The lilikoi is definitely the best. Creamy with amazing lilikoi flavor. The hazelnut is nutty chocolate goodness. The only one I'm not crazy about is the matcha. As a matcha purist I can tell they're using a low grade matcha from the look and the taste. Grandpa said the key lime was spot on.

I recently dined at I Luv Dumplings and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Cat. From the moment we walked in, Cat greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for our entire meal. Her positive energy and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing dining experience.

Cat was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations that were spot on. Each dish she suggested was delicious and beautifully presented. She checked in on us at just the right times, making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

What really stood out was her personal touch—Cat remembered our names (Danny and Sam) and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She was not only efficient but also friendly and engaging, which made our visit all the more enjoyable.

I love this place so much! The food is amazing, vintage Hawaii vibe interior and the staff is great. Shoutout to the girl at the register who was so pleasant and kind to everyone that walked in (I think her name is Cat).
