Yesterday I celebrated my grandma's birthday at Reel Seafood Restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience! Our waitress was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated how easy it was to make reservations. The excellent service really made the evening special. Really enjoyed it. Our waitress was great explaining the menu. Getting out the food in order (hush puppies appetizer) and getting us some extra garlic butter for the crab. The crawfish were awesome too. Everything comes booked in a big plastic bag. You get all the tools, a big, and some gloves to keep your hands free. Quite a bit of fun really. The DJ was awesome too. Lots of rap and a lot of people making requests.

I came into the establishment at 8:30 PM
and seated an told the restaurant closes In 30 minutes, but the sign outside states the restaurant closes at 10 PM. I was rushed by my waitress. As well as put gratuity on my bill gratuity only supposed to be serviced by four or more people as it shows on the menu and it was only me and my mother-in-law and when ask about it, she said that's what the restaurant does it doesn't matter how many people it is basically gave me the runaround.

My first time here. We were on our way to a place near here. Long story short we left after googling this place.. everything was good, the drinks, the DJ was very entertaining and engaging the crowd.. I could’ve stayed much longer but had to get up for work in the morning. Between the good food, vibe and drinks I didn’t want to leave. I’m not a crustacean guy so I had the fried flounder with fries and the mozzarella sticks with Marina and my wife had crab legs thanks for everything I’ll be back soon. But I’ll make sure I don’t have work the following morning so I can stay longer

I Have Enjoyed my neal immensely. The staff very friendly very efficient and the atmosphere the MUSIC WAS EVERYTHING! GREAT PLACE TO COME EAT. Apparently the boil bags r all the rage.. perhaps next time 👍

Hands down to hook and reel l host my meeting here tonight with my boss and other employees. Meka the bartender hands down love. They need to make her A manger asap. She’s the best hook and reel staff. And the server that brought my food so nice. Keep being Great so we can book our Christmas Party here for WORK.

I wanted to order the lunch special for take out WHICH IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE. But just to confirm i called apparently we can no longer do that. However, it’s on your website.. I feel it should be taken down if that is no longer an option.
