Kelly and rileigh, doing amazing job of making sure that whatever experience you are sharing with your family and friends there comes out perfect. Plus the help of their husbands and their friends and brothers to bartend and or whatever else needs to be done.

I did my buddy's wedding this past weekend at this convention center, they only gave them a couple hours to decorate the hall and cram in a rehearsal. At the end of the night we had to hurry up and get out of there because we stayed too long my friend would be charged by the hour over what was agreed upon. The date of the wedding we get to the hall and Terry one of the people who run this place was almost 15 minutes late, not to mention it was a scorching 82° in the hall. When he walked into the building he didn't even try to adjust the temperature me and another person had to do it ourselves. He didn't ask us anything except just to hide behind the bar, a couple hours after the ceremony was done everybody was leaving because it was just too hot paying the huge price for beer that was being charged. Not to mention we had the hall until 10:00 at night and Terry took it upon himself around 6:00 to start cleaning up, he he started walking around dumping out drinks that people just paid for. In fact I actually watched him dump out the Bridesmaids drink that she had just purchased from him, it still had ice in it. We brought in a bottle of champagne for the toast and Terry came out and told us that we could not do it because we cannot bring alcohol on the premises . He said that if they get caught with outside alcohol that they get a $500. fine because it's a city ordinance , I checked in on that and he is a liar . Shortly after that he shut down the bar we started cleaning up and got out of there earlier than expected. I sure hope my friends get a refund on the time that was not used. Terry is nothing more than a con man, a crook and a thief! I do not recommend this place at all!

Come here for the 4th of July, and its super cool its free and the food is GOOD. This year was our 3rd and final year coming here, we left before the show ended. We picked our seats early then last minute this group of people STOOD in front of us. So we had to stand up and move and got in people's way. The parachute race was a disappointment, for the youngest age group they had them race to catch only 3 parachutes for a prize, and for oldest age group had 5 parachutes. Personally thats not fair.

The Set up they had for the 2017 eclipse was amazing. It was cheap, had live music, and glasses to sell for just 2 dollars. Hillsboro is my new favorite small-town.

The building seemed nice and clean. Paving the lot would be better for parking. Walking in heels for an event can be deadly on rocks.
