Overall it was a good experience. My family and I enjoyed ourselves greatly. The only complaint I have is the charge to add toppings onto a pizza. For a large it was 3.00 dollars. And there was like 10 pieces on the whole pizza. If I spend 3 dollars more I expect sausage on every piece.

Went in to check with the employees on the Christmas Eve hours 2 days before Christmas. We were told they would be open until 4:00 p.m, and was shown the sign on the front door stating they would be open until 4:00 p.m.. 16 of our family members pulled into the parking lot at 2:00 p.m. and were greeted with locked doors, and no explanation. The sign was still on the door. Other patrons were in the parking lot confused as well, expecting the business to be open. Very disappointing start to the holiday evening, and very unprofessional to say the least.

I waa very excited for bingo night; However upon arriving i was informed that bingo night was cancelled and returned to my home depressed. Bingo night is all i have left after my wife left me and took the kids/house. not to mention my car had been broken into by some deliquents at a motel 8. Im jobless, hoeless, and carless. bingo is my life and with it being taken away from me i have nothing 🙁

We just finished our season here on Fri nights.
Used to love this place when I was a kid.

Things have really gone down hill since then, They are Severely understaffed, and there is no sense of urgency amongst the employees. Equipment badly needs to be repaired or replaced.
I will still continue to bowl here as it is a tradition for me, I just hope the new owners,

1. fix the little things that need to be fixed.

2. Train their staff, To act like this is a job and not just a Saturday afternoon for them to stand around and chit chat.

3. This place could be rocking again but they gotta get their stuff together.

This place is horrible now! The prices are way too high! They had probably 12 or more lanes closed! And we were put on one lane when we asked for 2 then we were moved after settling in, shoes off, 12 kids. Also they had karaoke people there and the woman yelled at my 4 year old and someone else’s young child for simply being kids because apparently they couldn’t hear the karaoke singers over 2 tiny kids. Which was untrue! She’s lucky she has all her teeth still in place. Never again highland park bowl.

The place is humid and sticky and the bowling balls are weirdly greasy. Great prices though

Decent bowling alleys. Place has really gone down hill since the Wells Fargo days. Parking lot is really bad and the inside needs some help looking better.
