I’ve had the pleasure of working with High Point Residency Supportive Living, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and services they offer. Not only do they accept Medicaid, which is a huge benefit for many families, but they also provide excellent services tailored to the needs of their residents.

The staff is incredibly friendly and approachable, making the environment warm and welcoming. A standout member of the team is Chayse, the Sales Director. She is passionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to ensuring families and residents have a positive experience. Her commitment to the well-being of those she serves really shines through.

Don’t judge by the reviews overall great place for a family member. This place deserves the credit and appreciation. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I give this place 10/10 don’t be afraid to check out this wonderful building.

If I could rate this place it wouldn't even be one star. The way these people did my grandmother was wrong on every level. My grandmother is currently under going treatment for cancer. She has receipts showing she paid her rent even while gone away to get what she needed to combat cancer. They called her before the month of October was out and told my grandmother they were packing up her apartment because they couldn't hold it for her. How are yall holding anything if she's paying her rent? Make that make sense to me. Then not only that yall picked the perfect time to tell her to leave while she's fighting for her life with this cancer. Yall didn't give her a grace period before yall wrongfully discharged her from the premises. Yall went into her unit packed up her apartment when her rent was still covered for the month of October just to dismiss her? See where yall went wrong is that yall thought she didn't have anyone to advocate for her or speak on her behalf but she does. And trust me when yall hear from her lawyer it's not going to be pretty. Why couldn't you guys give her time to find another place? Why did you all decide to do things while she's currently undergoing cancer treatments? You all truly don't live by what your company goals and or values stand for. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone's loved ones to go here, especially if they can't handle their own business because they will manipulate them and have them homeless just like they did my granny and I'm definitely getting to the bottom of this issue and taking legal action to the fullest extent on behalf of my grandmother. Because yall did her so wrong at such a crucial and sensitive time and I'm extremely unhappy about it.

Asbury of Kankakee is Wonderful facility with an Amazing staff! Marc and Toni the Administrators are the absolute best. Their attention to detail and looking out for the needs of residents and staff members alike are second to none. I would highly recommend Asbury for anyone looking for a place for their relatives or themselves.
The staff here are also Amazing, from the Dietary professionals to the CNA's and Nursing staff. Everybody here cares for the residents and has their best interests in mind.
