I’ve been a regular customer at your restaurant and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere, which is why I’m writing to share my disappointment with my recent experience.

Today, I ordered garlic noodles with beef and added onions for takeout. When I got home, I discovered that there was no beef in my order. I kindly drove 18 minutes back to the restaurant to resolve this, and I paid an additional $4 to have the beef added to my plate. While I appreciated the staff accommodating my request, I was extremely disappointed when I got home and found only 4-5 small pieces of beef—far fewer than expected.

To make matters worse, my brother found two strands of hair in his food, which was not only gross but also unacceptable. This experience has left me very frustrated and dissatisfied, especially given the effort I made to address the issue.

I am not sure if that happened because I took to go or what?

I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that the quality of service and food can be improved moving forward. I look forward to your response.

Unsure how this place has such great reviews. I found the food very lackluster. I’m also unsure of the direction of this establishment, as the menus is a bit confusing. Touting Asian flavors. Ok. There are some flavors, although they did not jump off of the plate.
Dare I ask what style “Asian” food this is supposed to be. Seems confused. Like you’re trying to do too much. Pricey. The flavors should be more precise.
Overall this was very disappointing, especially after reading the about section of your website.
First generation immigrant from where?
Asian food is not all made using the same methods. I hope your endeavor doesn’t fail, but you might want to consider a definitive direction and menu.

This is my first time here and the food is AMAZING!! 10/10! i loved the orange chicken and the cookies and cream smoothie, this is better than going to any fast food restaurant honestly☺️

Good service. Decent food with variety, reminds me of a mall food court vibe. Place was a little dumpy with boxes and stuff down the back aisle, with hard chairs, very loud!

Wow! Definitely impressed with the high quality, fresh ingredients and unique choices! The churros are absolutely amazing! I ordered through Uber Eats for delivery and the items arrived hot as well as nicely packaged! The noodles are delicious, the Cajun fries are nicely spiced! Fantastic Asian restaurant in the Carrollwood area of Tampa!

Don’t walk, RUN to this delicious place ! I got the Stir fried beef noodles and that was enough to feed me and my 6 year old plus enough to take home ! I also got their chimoy & mango slushee pretty much a take on a “mangonada”. Everything was perfect especially the service and I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the Area ! Highly recommend. 5 star worthy for sure ! :)))

This place was SO good!! I got the shaken beef garlic noodles and the popcorn chicken. 10/10, chefs kiss, would definitely recommend! I also got a milk tea, which was delicious as well!! Staff was super friendly and they also have a cute outdoor area in the back! Would absolutely eat here again!
