The trolley drivers made this whole trip amazing. They were very knowledgeable about all the wine tastings. They knew where the best places to shop were. They cranked the radio and let us have a sing a long. It was awesome and made the trip so much fun. When I go back definitely recommend doing the trolley tour.

We’ve used Hermann Trolley the last few times we visited Hermann and every time on the way home we said “thank goodness for the trolley!”
Most recently, my sister and I rode the trolley to get to all of the wineries and it was absolutely perfect and fun! Special shoutout to Mike - he was a great representation of the company!
We even met the owner and he was out there working hard and making sure things were running well and providing absolute top notch customer service!

My husband and I took popped into Hermann after our Airbnb host suggested it.
We didn't know what the trolls were doing just that we HAD to get on them. Our driver Patrick was FANTASTIC absolutely loved him.

Our first time visiting Hermann, and we wanted to visit the wineries and this time we used the Trolley so my husband could sit back and relax and not worry about driving. All I can say is WOW!! Aaron was SO helpful and SO accommodating! His drivers also were so fun, cranking the music and engaging with the passengers! We had a GREAT time and a lot is due to Aaron and this Trolley service! We will be back again! Thanks so much for a fantastic weekend to remember forever!

The quality of service from the Hermann Trolley seems to vary greatly depending on who you get as your driver. I have had many positive experiences with this company. Often the driver's are kind and knowledgeable. The company is also quite flexible and punctual. I did schedule a trolley ride for my wedding party last weekend. The trolley was scheduled to take us from our Airbnb to our wedding venue on my wedding day. The trolley did show up early, but things went downhill from there. I am not from Hermann, but I had been to my venue several times and when we were on our ride, I got the sense that we weren't going in the right direction. I brought this up to our driver and he started asking me questions about the local area (our venue's location in relation to other places in Hermann) but I could not give him any answers. l pulled up directions to our venue on my phone and handed it to him, but he ended up handing my phone back to me and calling his boss? We proceeded in the wrong direction for quite some time before he eventually corrected his course. When we did finally get to my wedding venue, he blew right past it and we had to turn around a ways down the road and head back. I also heard from some of our guests that we passed them while we were in the trolley and the trolley nearly hit them. Anyways, this trolley trip through us off of our timeline on what was a really important day for me. I would expect that drivers for a trolley company would be aware of where they are driving the trolley and would do so in a safe manor.
