My daughter and son (yes, boys should take gymnastics-it’s an amazing sport) have been going to Heartland for about 9 years! We absolutely love it! They both started in the parent and tot classes and now both are doing competitive gymnastics. All of their coaches throughout the years have been amazing! Not only do the coaches do a great job teaching gymnastics skills but they care so much about their students. The coaches at Heartland want their students to be successful and they push them to be the best gymnasts they can be. This gym teaches responsibility, discipline, poise, how to be a good teammate, and how to be a strong gymnast. The owner of Heartland is the best. She cares about her students, her staff, providing excellent coaching, and having a healthy gym environment. I highly recommend Heartland Gymnastics! It’s the best gym around! ❤️🖤

As a family, we have been at Heartland Gymnastics for over 14 years. All 3 of my children have competed on team at one point in time. We absolutely love the family atmosphere! We drive 35 minutes to get to the gym so you know it's the best!

My now 6 year old daughter has been with Heartland Gymnastics since she was 18 months old and we have loved every second! Every coach, every class, and now being on pre-team… it feels like family! I am so happy we chose Heartland Gymnastics and would recommend it to anyone looking to start their kiddo in gymnastics! Looking forward to many more years of memories being made with this group of amazing coaches, staff, and friends!

I switched over from another cheer/gymnastics gym in Cape Girardeau about a year ago and I am SO glad I did! The team here is dedicated to gymnastics even for the younger ages and is very hands on. Ms Audrey and Ms Stephanie are wonderful with the younger kids and the gym is huge so my daughter loves getting to watch the older team members when she is doing class. I can’t wait to see how the future goes with this gym and my child. 😊

Awesome experience so far with Heartland! From the owner, to staff, the facility. Our girl is lower level team and just started that this semester. She gets, i feel just as much attention as the upper levels. If it weren't for the staff, coaching, upper level girls encouraging and being such positive role models, ours would not be where she is now. We are so proud to tell people that Heartland is our gym!
