I thought this would be a hit based on all the positive reviews - but it was a miss for us today.

Positives:

Place was very clean on a Friday evening. Hardly anyone there - maybe 10 kids total. The check in process was very easy - although the signage on the building was a totally different name - they are transitioning to a new brand I guess?

The rest of the experience- I was unaware that closed shoes were needed for the top obstacle course so my daughter and I could not enjoy it. That was a total bummer.

The staff that were supposed to be working the floors and helping with harnesses were chilling lounging instead on their cell phones. Everytime I asked for assistance for my daughter, she looked annoyed and bothered - and offered no guidance or assistance to my daughter who was upset as she tried to figure out the rock climbing and others. Mind blowing given that I paid almost 50 dollars for my daughter and I to enjoy the space plus 6 dollars for locker rental.

That was the energy the entire time we were there - no one managing the experience guests were having. A huge miss as there are lots of cool things for kids. disappointed.. we will head to other trampoline parks next time.

Lacks cleanliness, I️ should've turned around at the door when I️ didn't hear a bunch of kids screaming on a Friday night. Granted it wasn't crowded but they almost look like they were about to close.

The large inflated had a lot of patched up areas and wasn't properly standing.

All the employees are pretty young, no one was really around to monitor whats going on.

The mini villa area was dark with a bunch old dirty toddler toys.

No one was working the ninja course or really working at all to be honest.

Dodgeball was also closed.

Really a waste of $75, I️ would've preferred Chuck E Cheese... Because all the kids did was jump in a deflating bounce house.

Awesome spot! Super clean. Kiara was an absolute gem to work with. Remy was professional and kept things moving along safely. We will definitely be back!

Visited Healthy Fun One on a field trip with our youth organization's summer camp program and the students had a blast. Working with the staff, particularly Kiara, to plan and organize this event went so smoothly and her customer service, attention to detail, and overall support were invaluable. Just based on the quality of interaction alone with Kiara would be enough reason for me to choose to come back.

If I were a parent, I would definitely bring my kids here. As a youth development specialist, the students enjoyed the variety of activities that Healthy Fun One offers and it is truly a great place to introduce healthy competition and safe-to-fail and safe-to-discover containers for young people. Our students particularly LOVED the dodgeball area.

The room they provided us with was quite large. We had a party of about 45 people and managed well, so any parties smaller than that would work great. They also allowed us to bring in outside food for our students for a small fee which was helpful to serve youth with specific dietary restrictions and needs. The space was pretty clean. The only issue we really had was making sure our students could use the restrooms and wash their hands as there was an out-of-order sink and toilet stall. I can imagine it might be tougher on really busy days, but nonetheless our time was very enjoyable. This is a great place to take young people on hot summer days. It was a great alternative to an outdoor amusement park!

Thank you to the Healthy Fun One staff for making the event so much fun and handling all of the logistics so seamlessly.

Our party host Bryant was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. When an issue arose with our original party room, Bryant and crew jumped in quickly to move the party (already 100% set up) to another party room. All the children had an amazing time!

*SAFETY REVIEW*

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review, especially since we’ve been here before, and the kids used to have a good time. However, our last visit revealed a serious lack of safety training and protocols, particularly in the obstacle course area.

My daughter, who has successfully completed the column wall obstacle several times, was let loose halfway down on her descent. This resulted in her falling from at least a 5FT height, landing feet first, then on her bottom, bumping her head again one of the poles.

The employee’s first reaction was not to ensure her well-being but to ask, “You pulled the rope, right?” Meanwhile, my daughter was in shock, scared, and complaining that her hands were burning. This was just the beginning of several issues we encountered:

•The employee claimed that this could happen if the rope was pulled, but when I asked if the kids were given proper instructions, she admitted, “That’s my bad, that’s on me.”

•They didn’t know how to proceed after she got hurt or how to treat her. They couldn’t let us the check the cameras to see exactly what happened because they had no replay.

•The employee (Amara) gave us consistent attitude, despite us being calm and trying to handle the situation.

•When we requested a first aid kit, we were initially brushed off, and when we finally saw it, it was incomplete (only bandaids, wraps, and alcohol wipes).

•The employee showed no concern for my daughter or our worries.

•They were unsure how to do an incident report and suggested we just leave a review.

•Overwhelmed with the lack of seriousness/training, I asked to speak with a manager, which didn’t seem easy for them to arrange. At this point we were already being very patient and polite with all the staff when internally we couldn’t stop worrying.

Resolution: We were refunded after we asked, given that our kids barely played since this incident happened early in our visit. An incident report was filed, but they couldn’t provide me with a copy and promised to email it, which I have yet to receive. I also haven’t heard back from the managers regarding the incident.

Consequence: I took my daughter to urgent care because she continued to express pain. She was diagnosed with a sprained ankle, skin burns on her hands, and a fractured rib.

It didn’t seem like any actions were taken regarding the employee, and it didn’t seem to be her first.

For the safety of all the kids, I truly hope they work on re-training employees and re-evaluating the retention of some current staff, as some clearly lack basic customer care. Place has great potential, if they care to make it work and ensure kids and family safety and well-being.

My son celebrated his 9th birthday party at Healthy Fun One and had a wonderful time. The facility was clean and in order, there was a lot of open space for the children to run and play and there wasn't overcrowding, which can become a problem in other play areas. The staff was accommodating, particularly Kiara and our party host, Kaiden, who was generous with his help and suggestions on how to make the party room convenient for the guests. I give a high rating because it was obvious everyone went above and beyond and that was greatly appreciated and recognized by other parents in the party. A wonderful time for everyone, highly recommend.
