I placed four orders( 3)1/2 mixed chicken & four wings with ketchup, mild sauce, and hot sauce on the fries and the chicken. The picture below is what I got. I noticed on the window they say no cash refund no refund whatsoever so I asked her at the window. Did she make sure she put sauce all three on the fries and the chicken she said yes the bag was taped up. When I said there’s no mild sauce, hot sauce or catch up on the chicken she said the only thing I can offer you to come back and get the sauce. I asked her will it be a large container she said no the small containers of sauce that’s not even worth my trouble in my gas driving another 25 minutes. I told her never mind lesson learned. I’ll never go to this Harold’s again.

I’ve been in the suburbs 3 years and never tried a Harold’s location out here. I’m honestly glad I gave them a try regardless what the reviews stated. Ordered over the phone and it was ready when I got there. Crunchy chicken and fries and not stingy with the mild sauce.

Trash!!! Chicken wings was big asl. They were soggy, tasted like old fries, wasn’t fully cooked & super salty. Stingy asf with the mild sauce and the fries were old & hard. The no refund policy is why I didn’t even bother to go back or call up there. Ima stick to crystal’s. This Harold’s location is beyond disappointing they will never get another dollar from me.

I used to work at Harold's chicken in the 90s and it has changed a lot. The location has fish, pizza puffs, onion rings but the bad thing about that is it's all cooked in the same oil and the chicken taste like the other food.

My husband chicken had hair in it, not one piece but two different pieces how that happen they will never get another dollar over here. An not u can u come bring it back for a exchange hell u cooking it in the same damn grease. No Thank you..We got to do better as a cook /server ..

Harold Pierce would roll over in his grave and jump out of the ground if he stopped by this particular location. Dingy and outdated with absolutely no AC in the waiting area. And they don’t even care about you enough to throw a few folding chairs in the lobby. Head over to Route 30 in Dyer Harold would be proud of that location. Something tells me he would yank the franchise from this location and have them hit the road and buy a different franchise. Not all Harold’s locations are run in the spirit of the great Harold Pierce.
