The grounds themselves were fine. But that Haddam Neck fair was small and sketchy. The rides looked very old and unsafe. The price to get in was (I think) $15 per person which was silly for what they had there. Limited vendors. Parking was super easy. One star is for that alone. There were carnival games but no one working them. So they just sat empty with old signs and prizes.

I have been going to this fair for almost 40 years. I bring my kids now.

Over the past few years, the food has gotten better and better. There are more options. I like the location.

They have a dog agility competition that was fun to watch. The kids liked the rides and the games.

Nice fairgrounds. Decent size to get everything done and not overwhelming. Variety of food vendors and trucks as well as an awesome display of antique showmanship. Horse and tractor pulls with demolition derby and a chance to be in the ring!

Cutest little Fair in the world! Amazing food every year - including chicken leg & corn, fantastic french fries, blooming onion, thai, sausage and peppers, apple pie and so much more. There's a beer and wine station, coffee house and plenty of rest rooms. Many vendors to see, including Darcy the Jam Lady, custom tee's, jewelry, leather goods and many others. Great fun and you feel like you know everyone - lots of families in attendance and friendly atmosphere!

Great vintage motorcycle show with many different makes and models, Triumph, Kawasaki, BSA, Suzuki, Antique, Indian, and home made Choppers!?️? Fantastic food trucks for breakfast and lunch! Beer booth, and the regular vendors and Band! Don't miss this Brit Jam Event! Rain did not keep the show from Success!!

It was a lot smaller and honestly crappier than I remember...granted it's been a couple years since I went there but, yeah. Oh and dont buy the ride wristband it's a rip off.
Also, I am astonished that so many people gave this fair 5 stars. Um, did we even go to the same fair? It was not big it was quite small the games were a total joke and there were like literally 4 rides that weren't meant solely for little kids. Based on this year's experience I will not be going back in the future. So I have no clue what fair all these other people are commenting about bc it can't be this year's Haddam Neck Fair!

So much fun! We had an amazing time their, loved every minute of it. From the tractor pull to the pony rides, to the fried dough and giant slide... it was excellent!
