We absolutely love our pool built by Gulfstream last year. We had a great experience working with everyone at Gulfstream, especially Bruce, Ted, and Goran. Bruce helped bring my pool design to life and answered all of my questions. Ted worked with us during construction to make sure everything was done correctly. Goran explained all of the equipment and how to use the app. From dig to fill, it took less than 3 months. Gulfstream has been responsive and helpful with any issues or questions that we’ve had. Our backyard has been transformed and we love our pool!

Their quote was reasonable and their staff and subcontractors were courteous, professional and talented. They completed everything they said they would do, even while working around one hurricane and the impending threat of the second. The outcome is beautiful. A special sound out to Ted who promptly returned all my calls around schedules and tasks. Overall an outstanding business, highly recommend!

We moved here from Cali in December and really wanted our pool before Summer. Thankfully our amazing realtor connected us with Gulf Stream. Our neighbors have been struggling to get their pools done, some waiting 2 years + with the mess in their backyard, mud and tracking dirt into their houses. Gulf Stream gave us a great quote, did a fantastic job and our pool was done in May before any of our neighbors that had been here for much longer. It also can be controlled from our cell phones, the waterfall is amazing and a very advanced and everything works via automated scheduling including a pretty amazing lighting system. Also, they came back out and fixed the small issues leftover. We were completely stoked with the pricing, design, quick build and excellent support. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and we would use again if needed

Gulfstream was recommended as I’m in the process of getting quotes and designs for a new pool. However, I called their office last week, left a detailed message and what do you know…..crickets! From reading other reviews, it seems the lack of or better yet no communication is their standard. Definitely a red flag for sure.

We finished our pool with Gulfstream at the end of June. It was 7 weeks from ground break to finish. Bob did an amazing job guiding us, and our construction manager, Ted, was on top of everything and extremely knowledgeable. We had a spot in our pebble sheen and both Gulfstream an Pebble Pros were responsive and helpful. The office staff is wonderful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. I’d build with them again without hesitation.

We love our new Gulfstream pool! As someone that has never contracted for a pool build, I spent many hours researching companies on google and the BBB. I interviewed 6 pool contractors and decided on Gulfstream. Our salesman Clint, made the design process easy and we got everything on our wish list. The build went fast and we had water in the pool within 3 months. Needed some minor tweaks after installation, but nothing that wasn’t handled quickly by our construction manager Tim. I appreciated him coming and looking at the project after each subcontractor had been out. This will not be our last pool with Gulfstream!

We are very happy with all aspects of our pool from Gulfstream Pools. We worked with a couple of different pool companies to compare quotes. Both companies came in very close on price, which surprised me. Gulfstream was a little cheaper and had a longer track record so we chose them. No regrets.

Overall, the design and build went very smooth and stayed on schedule. We had one issue, which was resolved. Tim, the owner, even came to our house to discuss and resolve the issue. BTW, the issue was caused by a sub-contractor, not directly by Gulfstream Pools. I know it wasn't cheap to fix the problem, but Tim made it right anyhow.

I highly recommend getting colored LED lights. We originally were just going to use white LED lights. After signing our contract, we decided to upgrade to the colored LED lights. I'm very glad we made the upgrade. We still have the option to use white, but when compared to the various colored themes, plain white lights aren't nearly as impressive.

If you are getting custom tile design, make sure that the PebbleTek team clearly understands what you are expecting on the day they start, including detailed measurements and instructions. This was the one major issue we had to deal with. Even though we left Gulfstream's diagram at the pool, the PebbleTek team overlooked it, requiring rework and delays. Tim made it right, but it would have saved everyone a lot of time and frustration if PebbleTek would have followed the instructions we provided.

I highly recommend Gulfstream Pools. They have experience, expertise, and a great showroom.

I have built four pools with Gulfstream, we move a lot! This last pool which was completed in January 2023 at our forever home is beautiful. Bruce has designed all my pools and is very easy to work with and makes your design come to life. All my pools have been completed within weeks of the projected completion date. When there was a slight delay, it was normally the county inspectors. I’ve never had an issue they didn’t address and would highly recommend. Their price is competitive and you will not be disappointed.
