We tried the restaurant. We seated ourselves, no big deal. Waiter stopped by and said drink and that was it. We all ordered tea and he didn't seem to understand. Another guy came to the table with semi English and asked for our order, we hadn't even received tableware, or drinks. We asked a question about what type of lettuce they had and none of them understood what we were asking. Nobody in the entire establishment speaks hardly any English. What we ordered was fried broccoli, it came out first and it was still cold I returned it and was told it's very hard to cook since it's frozen. That was a big red flag for me. Our party ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers w/fries, 1 grilled chicken sandwich w/ fries, and 1 tenderloin with fries. 2 hamburgers came out no tableware, no condiments so I went and got tableware. The tenderloin plate came out when others were halfway done. The chicken sandwich came when others had already been done eating. Thank goodness we didn't need refills because getting all 3 employees to understand a thing was terrible. I would not suggest stopping just go to Mound City.

Don’t assume the coffee is hot! Stopped to fill a thermos with “hot “ coffee only to discover it wasn’t even like warm after driving off. Called to inform the attendant who just said, “Okay.” No concern or apology just okay….
To whom it may concern, HOT coffee should always be available at your Truck Stop if you want my business!
Good grief you have to PAY to park there, they call them an oasis for the professional truck driver which is laughable. Great location but not my first choice unless I am desperate.

Sincere and straight up this place is awesome great food! great truck stop! with all convinced and amenities. It’s right on the side of the road and very easy to access lots of room parking here all the time

Pretty Good and clean Place ! We tried to eat food in Restaurant ! Food was dammm good , never eat like that . but server was terrable . we ask for some side salad instead of fries but the guy said Nooooo !!! I mean litreally , if he does't want to let us switch with fries he can say that its a seperate charge. But said Noooooo ! And even didn't ask if we need anything more or no .

My husband and I stopped here for night. The food was great and the customer service was excellent. We played a couple of rounds of pool in the sports bar. I would definitely stop here again.

We tried to eat in the restaurant. We had chicken tenders and tenderloin. Both were not cooked. Our chicken was so raw the outside wasn’t even crispy and gooey inside. Tenderloin wasn’t warm. Drinks were flat. None of them could speak English or understand what we were saying. This place use to be good.

Few years ago this place was terrific, stopped there every couple weeks cuz their lasagna was the best I ever had, it was delicious.. but switched jobs and haven't been back til today, under new ownership this place is hell! Sign in air by hiway says free parking, then u get there and pay to park signs all over the place.. lasagna was nasty and full of grease .. such a shame cuz this USE TO BE a wonderful place.. will never stop again

Am I the only one that was double charged on my debit card 💳 for parking and a pack of cigarettes? I’ve tried for several months to be reimbursed and haven’t received a refund yet even if I have proof. Everybody check your bank accounts.
