We’ve booked the Gametime truck for many of our son’s birthday parties and always had a great experience. The game coaches are super with kids, respectful of the adult boundaries and always show up on time. There’s a reason we continue to book with them and recommend them to friends. Highly recommend.

OMG!!!!!! This was the most undesirable birthday experience my son has ever experienced. Today as family and friends gathered to celebrate my son’s 13 birthday because he’s a gamer I was surprising him with the game truck. The anticipated arrival time was 3:00 after about ten minutes of no truck a phone call was made.. No answer then several more attempts were made.. Still no answer. So a text was sent and the response was “we’re close”. They arrived about 20 minutes late, and setup for about another 20 minutes. After about five minutes of being on the truck one of the kids came in the house stating the couple was arguing and yelling. We said okay no worries.. Looking out of the window the couple stepped off the truck and was arguing loud enough for us to hear them in the house. We even witnessed him knocking a cup out of her hand that smelled like alcohol when we picked it up. They noticed us and got back on the truck. As soon as they got on a kid came back in the house and said she opened the panel and turned the games off. All the parents rushed out to see what was happening and why. The lady responded “one of yall messing with my husband”. At this moment everyone was confused, everyone was trying to explain that no one knows her husband and that had nothing to do with the kids. She refused to listen, wanted to argue, took out her phone and started recording. The husband sat at the back of the truck and said nothing. After the argument the couple locked themselves in the trailer and continued to fight and argue outside of our house and the police was called, and resulted in my husband being taken in and questioned at the police station. We could literally see the trailer rocking. The level of unprofessionalism and insecurities she displayed was totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.. I can’t even phantom how I’m going to make my
son’s 13th birthday up to him. This is something he will NEVER forget. This is not the memory I wanted to create for my son all because of a “Karen”. The more alarming thing was them trying to charge my card for the full two hours and the kids only had about five minutes of play time… Such a disgrace and disappointment.

If there were a zero star option, then that’s what I’d leave and zero stars would actually be generous. Came to a bday party with 20+ 9 year olds that were extremely excited for this concept. The company never showed and were extremely rude and unprofessional when they were reached out to, thus leaving the party parent with no other option but to lose $400. 10/10 do not recommend unless you want sad kids.

Everything started okay at the birthday party we went to, but when they left they hit the customers brick mailbox and knocked it over, the driver would not get out of the truck at all and talk to the customer but had his pregnant wife who looks like she was about due to deal with it, however they would not give any insurance info to the customer and said they didn't have time to deal with it, and just sped off, now they won't answer phone calls and emails, not even for the police.

I had them also for my kiddos birthday a couple years ago and they were an hour late and had to have the kiddos stay later for the birthday party, after I seen what they did to the customer above I said I would never use them again.

This was the most wonderful experience for my grandson and entire family. I recommend youtry it for any gamer in your life. No matter the age. Thanks to Game Time, memories accomplished.
