Absolutely incompetent, overpriced, and buys for extremely UNDER the price limit.

First off, they have incompetent children working there. The person i was trying to sell to sat on his earbuds the whole time, waisted my time and did not communicate whatever. I don't care that he seemed to be mentally impaired, I cared that he had zero customer service whatever and refused to communicate with me because music was far more entertaining than his job.

The buyer refuses to haggle, and gives an extremely unreasonable underprice for your items, while selling the same item for hundreds of dollars more. I refused to sell and walked out. Sell to bookmans, at least they give you reasonable store credit.

I even tried to see if they could help me find a part, and they had no idea what i was even talking about despite selling said parts and systems! If you are going to hire someone, at least make sure you train them properly and demand they keep their phones off them when there is a literal transaction happening.

Everyone was so unprofessional, the store and merchandise extremely untaken care of, and prices ridiculous. I do not recommend.

Amazing!! Here out of town for the holiday and needed Apple Watch repaired. After calling several places Gamers Arcade was the only store that could pull through!! Great work and very timely give it was not a newer Apple Watch. Thank y’all so much!!!

They're scalping XBox's and PS5's. I saw a sign that they had them available and decided to ask. They want $1,100. My jaw dropped and eyes widened. But hey, they offer leasing?

That is beyond absurd, even for scalpers. I won't bring my business there. Ever.

I am very appreciative to have a place like this to go to in Tucson. They have a Mario Kart arcade setup that looks like alot of fun. Some nostalgic machines from the past are there too (Mrs Pacman played really well). My only gripe is that the whole place/arcade feels cramped, some of the games were not working, I like that they sell retro things but wish the focus was more on the arcade aspect.

Nice collection of old school games, but they aren't maintained very well, if at all. Half of the games are either out of order or completely non-functional and unplugged, just taking up space, while the games that do work may or may not eat your quarters.

They are scalping PS5s, they wanted 900$ for the digital edition, I laughed at them and walked out of the store I got no respect for scalpers, and if they are scalping PS5s they are probably scalping everything else there

Cool place. Lots of old-school games. Brought back many memories. Shame that so many were out of order.
