Game X Change of Siloam Springs

This place has been here since I was in 4th grade. I was visiting my Dad earlier this week and we came in to find some DVDs to watch while I was there. They have a GREAT selection. So many choices! Another really cool thing about this shop is that they have an awesome variety of energy drinks! I got several to take home as gifts for my friends! Very cool place (:

I paid premium price for twilight princess and was told on the phone condition was really good, except the cover art was completely trashed. It it also came in a ps2 case for no reason but that was an easy fix. However the art looks trashy all over from the get go and was told condition was really good on the phone. Makes me regret not buying it on ebay cause for the same price or less I should've got a mint copy.

Friendly staff but horrible pricing I called up to get some items priced, turns out I spent more on a 8 disc set then you guys are willing to spend on a console. $30 cash for the console, controller, and cords is ridiculous, that's how much I had to spend on the last controller I bought from you guys

Their TCG single pricing is out of touch. Employees were kind tho

Workers aren’t very knowledgeable on their products. I also was charged the wrong price for a game and got reimbursed store credit which didn’t make sense why I couldn’t get a return. They had a decent selection of items which is the only reason they get any stars. My advice would be to double check everything before they scan as they refused to correct THEIR mistake. Lastly, do yourself a favor and search ebay before buying anything here.

I bought a blue ray 2 months ago for $6 and got offered .30 cents for it 2 months later.Mint Condition.I tried to negotiate but the manager would not budge.I was thinking to myself 30 cents, my special needs son looked at me and the look he gave me was sad.As a father that girl manager really humiliated me in front of my son.I gave 3 stars cause the other workers are great but that girl I just can't be near again.I went down to the pawn shop and they treated me wonderful and traded my blue ray for a blue ray my son wanted for no extra money.I will still go in there but only if the cool guys are there if she's there ill walk out.
