We went here for my sons birthday. We didn't pay for a room. We just paid for the time to play. They had a blast!! We will definitely go back again. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and there is nothing like watching your kids laugh, play, and burn off energy.

Fun City hosted my son's 9th Birthday Party today. The kids had an absolute blast. The young man that was assigned to us was very attentive and pleasant! While it's definitely expensive it was a fantastic experience!

Birthday Review 8/10/24

My 8 year old daughter requested this place for her birthday. She had a great time only because I wasn’t going to let a bad experience ruin her birthday.

This facility is ran by children is the first impression I got when walking in. If these aren’t children then their work ethics are comparable to children. So we checked in, was told they needed to clean off the two dedicated tables before we can start setting up our party. It’s 6:05 at this time, and our party started at 6. Shortly after I was told they have another party and did not realize there wouldn’t be enough space and that we will just get a room instead. Get in the room and we start getting kids situated with wrist bands and socks, and at this point it’s like 6:30 when the kids start playing (the package is 1 hour play 2 hour party). I asked the host when does our pizzas (ONLY two comes with the package) and juices come? She says in a hour she will call our party to the room when it’s time. I wanted to order more pizza but said I couldn’t change the order and that it needed to be ordered 2 days in advance, but we are able to order at the front and bring it to the room. (Literally mind blown) To add, they didn’t have our order right as I ordered 2 pepperoni and juices. She says that I ordered pepperoni and cheese and water. She wanted me to show proof of my order so she could tell her manager(shows email) She says unfortunately the manager you were in contact with was fired and didn’t relay anything to us. Again, she says they are unable to change my order to the CORRECT order because that order was already submitted. In return they offered a 10% discount but I can pay extra for juices up front and bring it back. Which is silly to me because giving me the juices would have been cheaper for them then the discount. ‍♀️ I asked if we were going be able to jump longer due to how late we started and she said that we would have to pay extra. ?

Tip: Bring your own extra food and drinks if needed for your guests. You’re allowed to, but they don’t tell you that. Check in 45 mins earlier so you don’t lose time.

Towards the end our host comes back, and I’m not keeping track of time but she says I’m not trying to rush you but your party time is up but you guys can still jump since we paid extra. The receipt was time stamped! It’s not even 8 yet(our package is 6-8) when you give us the receipt ‍♀️

Now it’s time to pay. Final cost $593.13. I go to pay and they forget to take off the 10% discount but already ran my card. Supposedly shows on their end that the payment didn’t go through so they were wanting to run my card again, but this time with the discount. Checked my account before giving her my card again and showed her payment was pending. Manager (I assume it is being she is the only one capable of issuing discount and because she never properly addressed me as one) says she can give us credit vs a refund since the payment went through. I told her I was never coming back so I’d prefer the refund. Although she was apologetic for the turnout her demeanor showed otherwise and no courtesy whatsoever to address me at any time during our party. She also had the audacity to tell our host I can go to her if I have a problem(wouldn’t even know who I would be looking for), but in response I said she can come talk to me and I would like to talk to her(never came).The refund has still yet to show on my account.

The trampoline area had blood stains, and the restrooms had no toilet paper in any of the stalls during the whole time of our party. We didn’t get no help with set up (which comes with package too)

We had my son's 5th birthday here 2 days ago We got the huge package for 20 jumpers! I just want to say I am very happy with the outcome of everything the workers were amazing! They communicated well if we needed anything they got it for us! We will definitely continue having birthdays here. I love how there's so much to do and it definitely was not crowded on a weekday!

Had a wonderful combined birthday party here for both my girls. They had so much fun and would like to do their party here again next year. My only complaint is that we did not get our free shirts for the birthday girls and we did have to share a party host with another party which made her unavailable when I had more guests showing up and needing bracelets/socks. She was great though and it definitely was not her fault. Overall, really a great experience!

Pretty cool place. Didn't really care for the staff, overcomplicated system, and time crunch. They want to charge you for every minute but not compensate you for them wasting your time. When you have a big party of 12 people and they shorted our kids play time by 22 minutes because of socks, check ins, waivers, and unnecessary complications.
@ $30/ x12 each for 2 hours. That's $4/min that we were screwed out of... 22 minutes cost us $88 to watch them prepare their systems to allow us access. Not real impressive.

We went on a Saturday for a birthday party. The place was crazy busy to the point it really was really unsafe. Many of the stations really needed more people to be able to maintain safety. In addition, because of the set up most of the kids were navigating the facility without their parents and not being safe. I told my children when we walked in, that they were in charge of their own safety. I walked with them to areas that needed harnesses and explained that they needed to wait for a harness and it needed to fit properly to protect you. There were kids climbing on stuff without harnesses because they did not want to wait or did not understand what they needed. They were found and stopped. The problem was really just not enough staff to watch all the kids and keep them safe. The climbing area was neat although some of the harness reel placements made the kids hit stuff on the way down, so ouch, some fine tuning needs to be worked out there. It has most of the things urban air and aviate do together. It is an awesome place and I know I saw it at a bad time. Speaking of safety and even fire codes, I think there needs to be a lowering in the allowed number of the admitted children. Any kid would love this place and I would go again for sure although I would also keep a very close eye on my children especially if there was a large crowd.

My husband is stationed at fort Riley,Kansas..we drove two hours for some family fun for our son ! This place was clean and so much fun ! We will definitely come back !
