Fun only until you get to the pizes or have to interact with the staff. Prizes are extremely cheap, staff is bland and the older man who is the "supervisor " is extremely rude.

He couldn't help with my issue, said it was out of his hands, then refused to give me a contact number where I could call to give a complaint about a "policy". Took me 10 minutes to get the number after he realized I wasn't leaving, ended up being a "wrong number ".

Who does that? If it's a real policy, don't argue with the guest, give them the number and let them deal with the real boss.

Horrible service, never going back. I suggest you save your money for the motorcycle rides or the bungee jump thing.

Older gentleman told me I couldn’t bring my food or drink inside I understood and I thrown it out into the garbage but I thought water may be an exception cause we all need water especially when a older lady will be responsible not to drop it. When I spoke to the older gentleman he was rude and said water is liquid I thought it was really rude especially when no harm to carry it around. If this are the rules here I definitely won’t be coming back with my kid. Not kid friendly at all.

This place was really fun for my family I remember taking my daughter and brother here all the time. My daughter loved this place when she was really small
The older man In fun factory was really nice to my family. I will be forever grateful for that thank you ?
It’s really sad that they closed ?
I will always remember this place one of the first places I took my daughter to after the Coronavirus pandemic.

Not worth it. With $20 you can only play a few games, maybe 10 or less. The employees are trained to lie to the customers about the claw machines saying people win them everyday when no one ever does. The claw drops the prize back down when someone is supposed to win it instead of bringing it to the exit slot, just brings it to the top and drops it back where it was before. Go to Chuck e cheese or any other arcade instead of wasting your money here
