We called this business THREE times for clarification on when we could bowl on Saturday for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. The first time we called were told to call back at 2:30. We called back and were told that they had “league” today and were unable to make reservations and the staff did not know what time league would be over. We called back at 3:30 and were told league should end at 5:00. We again asked to make a reservation and were told “we don’t take reservations” and to show up first come first serve and we could come in anytime after league ended. We showed up at 6:00 and were told we could only bowl if we had a reservation……………. WHAT?! Very disappointed in this experience. Very unorganized establishment with unprofessional staff who don’t know what they’re doing or how to speak with potential customers.

Anytime I call this place and ask if there is free bowling, I'm greeted with a very rude "We have league and close after." Not worth the time if someone who works there acts like they don't want to be there.

Website is completely out of date. I checked for leagues prior to going and was told we weren't permitted to bowl (with open lanes) for an hour because it was league. Despite NOTHING being listed on the website and league bowlers saying we should be able to bowl immediately or soon

I’m sure this place would have been great if they would have been open like they said they were. The doors were locked & the sign on the door said they were open, & it said it online as well. So I called in & the guy who answered the phone was so rude & I got the sense just my very calling there bothered him. He said they were closed because they hadn’t had any business for the last hour & then hung up on me.
