For what it is it’s pretty great. It’s a local family owned restaurant. They are always very nice. The prices are great, and the crab Rangoon are killer. I wouldn’t expect the best plate you have had, that’s tough in Stl. We have a great Chinese food scene here, but this place is a solid go to if you are in the area.

You'd think that they could cook it right. Over cooked the livers and gizzards.
The fried rice is bland and was stuffed under the orders of livers and gizzards. The General chicken was wrong. A mixture of sweet and sour sauce and an attempt at spicy. A complete failure. Don't come here.
Update: eggroll is half way burned. Crab Rangoons taste sour not sweet. Overcooked too.

This happens to be one of the best places u can get your food
Their food is always great. I never found rice that taste like it, and their chicken is actually editable, and it's always consentince u don't have to worry about your food being burnt or not made right sometimes they may take 30 mins but it's the quality that counts and they have the best

Inside was gloomy and grimy at best. Food took about 45 minutes to receive after ordering, and it made everyone sick several hours after. Unless you enjoy seeing your food approximately 3 hours after eating it, I would recommend eating upside-down pizza off the floor of Chuckie Cheese.

I love this place. I always order their pork fried rice, & recently I've been getting their chicken lo mein because it's SO good!! They're always open when I go, I haven't been treated rudely & I haven't had any bad food, so it's a yes from me dawg

Always good food and good prices, when they are open...Hours vary and not always accurate. I've found they are randomly closed on some days. Dine in is not an option anymore, even 4 years post covid (their dining room is still closed).

I have lived in the area for a fair bit over 10 years now, and have tried just about every restaurant in the area. Without a doubt in my mind Fu Yu has the absolute best cost to quality/portion I have ever seen. Even a small order of a dish is a hefty amount of food for what you are paying, and tastes great.

This is the best Chinese food a round! I have lived all over saint Louis and Jefferson county. This place is the best hands down. Whatever you get you can't go wrong with any of it, throw on their house soup with it, it's only $5 and it's a quart of the best soup I ever had! Ps this is a family owned and operated restaurant so obviously they might rarely close do to family emergencies.
