Every time we go, my son has a total blast jumping, sliding, climbing, flipping, and most importantly dancing to the loud music haha! Every one of the staff members are super kind and helpful. My dumb self lost my phone in the foam pit while doing the zip line haha. The kind gentleman was nice enough to let me dig for it. I finally found it. Thanks Fly High for giving us a fun outlet every weekend! Much appreciated. 🙂

So glad we decided to check this place out. The kids had a blast. But I have to say, Daphnie is the reason we'll be back! She was so kind and went well above and beyond. That girl deserves a raise! She's amazing!!

The staff is so kind. The facility is clean. The prices are fair. We had a birthday party there and the staff went above and beyond making sure our birthday was successful. We love going to fly high.

My Grandkids love going to Fly High. This is where they have birthday parties as well as just getting together with family and friends to have a great time. Associates are super helpful and always kind. If you looking for somewhere your kids can have a good time,this is the place.?

My son is 10 and special needs. I got the monthly pass so he could burn some energy for 2 hours. The first couple of times we came he had a lot of fun. We always come between 10 and 2 to jump. After about 2 weeks I noticed a pattern of several teenagers coming at the same time and the workers who were there friends let them do whatever they wanted. They were playing tag, jumping off onto trampolines where kids were jumping and really being unsafe. Last week my son was coming out of the pit where the Zip line was and 2 of these kids decided to start throwing the foam squares at his face. They quit after I told my son to tell them to stop. Today we were there playing again and I was watching my son play with another little boy when one of these teens came over and pushed him really hard into the pit. I said something to one of the workers and he brought the kid over saying my son kicked him in the groin area. I was watching the whole time and my son did not do that. The male worker left and was replaced by a young female worker. She was obviously friends with the teens. My son was playing with 2 other little boys and had fallen while jumping between trampolines. She blew her whistle and then snottily said we don't push other kids even though no-one pushed him. She then told my son and the other 2 boys that they weren't allowed to play tag while continuing to let her friends play tag. I've always told my son that if someone hurts you to say something but it became quite clear after saying something that the female worker was finding any reason to discipline my son. I'm very disappointed in the way that the workers handled this and on my way out several other grandma's mentioned they have also had problems with these same kids being bullies. It's sad that I feel like I have to video the whole time we are there because of issues like this.
