Great place to spend your 7th birthday with friends. I had a standard party package, 10 children are happy, the party host was very helpful.

We had my 9 year olds birthday party here. Other than a few hiccups in booking, the party went smoothly and the party host Ella made sure the kids had all the fun, food and drink they could ask for. They absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend it.

Great idea for birthday party, the second time for my daughter, she is really liked it,
A lot of fun for the kids, staffs very friendly and helpful , the room party look really cool decoration, clean and the food is really good , high recommend for ice room

Came back here today as love visiting with my boys. Molly and Ella were very friendly and polite. Sorted everything out when I was running late and moved our booked appointment across to allow for this. Very happy with the service and will keep coming back 🙂

The children had a lovely time, and it was great to find a place for parents to interact with children at their level! Food was appropriate for the setting, and I would definitely recommend it for a great bonding experience as a family. We didn’t have much interaction with staff but the girls at the desk were helpful. I’ll definitely be going back.

Great fun and plenty to do for the kids. Definitely kept the kids entertained for a few hours.

Food was decent and reasonably priced. Nachos with crispy chicken was great! As a adult spectator you get a purple wristband which you can get a FREE drink or £3 of any item on the menu.

Staff was clear and helpful very helpful and polite. Chennai and Kacie took the time to actually ask us about our experience and quite personable in there approach. Made the viaiti all the better knowing that the team cared about the kids experience including the adults.

Lots of seating spaced out and upstairs on the top floor can get chilly so definitely might need a coat if you feel the cold in autumn or winter months.

Well worth a visit!

Had my son’s 10th birthday today with 10 of his friends, the service from the flip out team especially Sophie S who was the party host was incredible. She herded the children like a pro for the 2 hours everyone had an amazing time. If you want a stress free well organised amazing kids party I couldn’t recommend it enough. And again massive thank you to Sophie who was frankly bloody brilliant and worth the price alone. Thank you. Everyone had an amazing time.

Me and my partner were visiting from up North and decided to take our two daughters here today. We booked a 2 hour session but I can’t really say if it was good or not, as I spent the majority of my time waiting for staff to assist with the lifts as we had our younger daughter in the pram.
Lifts should be more easily accessible as a lot of customers will have younger children in pushchairs. Honestly this ruined the experience for me and I barely got any time to enjoy with my older daughter. The staff didn’t seem to have any urgency either and it seemed an inconvenience for them to have to assist us with the lifts. Appreciate it’s busy, but I think there should be better procedures in place for people who need lift access, as this heavily impacted on our time to enjoy the centre and for this reason I wouldn’t go back.
