Lots of fun for kids.
Pet peeve for me is charging for adults to supervise, even though I spent several hundred pounds on the event itself and almost £100 on site (café and arcade). I should not then have to pay (even a nominal fee) to enter as guardian when not using the equipment.
In terms of the arena itself, the children report it is the best of it's kind with lots of bouncing/play space with fun features such as basketball and slides.
It wasn't very clean when we went, with lots of vacant tables in the café area that hadn't been cleared.
It was a shame this site didn't offer a blue light discount whereas other 'Flip Out' venues do.
Overall, I'd recommend.

The place itself is amazing but it was too busy so kids had to queue and wait. They didn't have access to all areas or were sent away because there were too many kids in that area etc so we ended up coming home before the end of our 90 mins session and they said (9 &10 years old) they don't want to go back ever again.

Went on a Wednesday mid morning , place was empty great for grandchild, , food and drink available , not healthy food , fast food burgers, nuggets. Chips pizza decided to go elsewhere for food , but good value, and good well staffed facility, closed on a Monday

Visited Flip Out Aintree for their Christmas Eve special event which was great, the kids love it. Understandably very busy on these events and queues for refreshments were long but went down surprisingly fast thanks to hard working staff. My only issue is the music is incredibly loud so if you're sensitive to this I would maybe see if they do quiet hours.

It's a little shoddy, not managed well as other children kept hurting our children by being 'rough'. The place was a bit dirty as food and drink was left in the actual play part. My little girl ended up sitting in a split drink which wasn't pleasant. There was angry customer literally yelling at each other which was very intimating. The kids did enjoy themselves but not sure I would come back.
