Buen café pero altos precios

I have loved coming to Five & Hoek over the years! Back when my sister and I lives in Wheaton, we would pop in and grab one of their specialty drinks. I had an espresso tonic with (I believe) a raspberry syrup. So good!

They are also connected to a biscuit shop called, Sassy Biscuits. Definitely pair one of their baked goods with a Five and Hoek coffee!

Tucked away in the back of an alley way this is like a hidden gem in the heart of Wheaton ( another entry through Sassy Biscuits). We ordered their iced chai, Fall special - Spiced Bourbon latte and a cup of salted beer caramel latte and all of them were phenomenal! Highly recommend!
Very popular place and rightfully so. Can’t wait to try rest of their interesting menu

Great family owned coffee shop that roasts their beans on sight. They bag and sell them too so you can make delicious coffee at home or work. I love the CARAVAN espresso blend they use for their lattes. Many other choices so you can find the flavor profile you're looking for.
Bonus: they have a great rewards program, AND they give a 10% discount if you bring in your own reusable mug!
They often have a mobile unit set up at the Saturday morning french market just south of the tracks. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

A friendly local coffee shop. Their Americano and almond maple lattes are pretty good. They also have a kids' play area connected to the next-door biscuit sandwich place.

If you park on main street, you can go through the biscuit shop, all the way down to the back, to get to the counter. Or you can also go from the outside through an alleyway, and the entrance will be farther down the alleyway.

The atmosphere in front of the counter was a little chaotic, as there were many customers lining up to order and many employees behind the counter taking orders and making coffee. The music and voices were so loud I sort of had to shout my order. The outside seating and biscuit restaurant were a bit more calm.

We got a cortado, an almond vanilla latte, and a whiskey vanilla latte. The whiskey vanilla was the best as it was a unique flavor none of us had tried before. The almond vanilla latte and cortado were okay.

Awesome place owned by the same group as Sassy Biscuits. It’s down an alley so don’t be confused if you can’t find it.

They have a few pastries but more of a purely coffee spot. Great coffee and they’ll do standard but some creative seasonal stuff too. Got a vanilla whiskey latte and it was great. Staff was nice too. Fairly small so going next door (it’s attached) to SB is more of the hangout/seating spot.

First coffee spot in Wheaton! TBD if anyone rivals them. Will be back.

Based on the other reviews when I needed a local coffee shop to meet up with a friend, I told her to meet me here. The weather was chilly, so I understand they didn't have outside seating outside the coffee shop but down the block there was seating available. The menu had a nice variety of choices of drinks, and there were a few bakery options left by the time we got there. I ordered a basic latte, and it tasted really good. I don't drink coffee all the time, but sometimes when I have strong coffee, I don't like the acidic after taste, but this was smooth. Even though the store is in a small space, it was neat to check out the roaster machine they have on display. Everyone was friendly and able to help us decide what order we wanted. I could totally see this as the perfect local hangout. I love supporting small businesses so next time I am in downtown Wheaton I am grabbing my coffee from this place. PS - You do have to access the door from the alley.
