This is THE best coffee on the island! The owner is so nice and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. The coffee is such good quality and the flavors are amazing! It's a cute little coffee truck in the Lowe's parking lot. This place is a must!!

I can’t express enough that this coffee trailer has unbelievably excellent coffee. We travelled all over Maui trying coffee over our 10 day trip and First Wave had the best cortado I’ve had in years. The espresso roast paired beautifully will the milk, and Jansen’s barista skills were masterful. The iced coffees were amazing too. They had great flavours, didn’t compromise the espresso and were not too sweet. The delicious coffee and banana bread weren’t the only thing that brought us back to the trailer a few times. It was also the chill and SUPER friendly vibes from Jansen made us feel so welcome. This is a person who clearly loves his work, his customers, and his community. He even gave us great recommendations of places to visit too!

We live in Seattle, so we are spoiled with great coffee. We LOVED our coffee from this adorable coffee truck! This owner-operated spot is a must, the owner is super friendly and attentive. Gave us a list of his favorite spots on the island. We ordered the Dawn Patrol, UpCountry and banana bread - super tasty!

Excellent drinks and service! My husband loved his coffee. Being a non-coffee drinker, I’m always excited by a coffee spot that makes good “other” drinks. I got an iced chai latte and it was great. I hope I get the chance to try the hot chocolate another time!

Best coffee we have ever had!!

Insanely good coffee. We love coffee, and have traveled the world trying different types. Don’t know how First Wave Coffee makes their coffee, but it has incredible flavor.

Ask them what to get, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a cute little coffee truck in Lowe's parking lot, a local business!
They have amazing signature drinks, definitely try the Hapa and shorebreak! The host is super friendly and helpful. Very happy to have found this place. Definitely coming back!
