Many tables were dirty, but it was a little after lunch... But the staff were walking around and chatting, so they obviously could have wiped them down. Great food though and great service. Brought breakstix before we even asked... And brought a bunch!

I come through the Festus Fazolis drive-thru about twice a month. Ashley, who is one of the managers at this location, does an outstanding job and has the best customer service! It is hard to find good customer service nowadays. I have decided to stop going to certain restaurants because it seems like customer service doesn't matter anymore. Any time I have gone to this location Ashley has gone above and beyond to make sure that my food is good and hot and that I get everything I need with my order. I hope someone higher up sees this review and takes care of this employee. She deserves it. A caring attitude and a smile goes a long way. Thank you Ashley.

We were warmly greeted by Liz and things just got better! Liz was helpful in making menu suggestions, she delivered out hot meals quickly, checked on us several times to see if we needed anything! Great experience! We love Festus Fazolis!

First time ever at a Fazolis. I came in honestly with low expectations but I was blown away. The service was awesome. The ladies here we interacted with were so sweet, efficient, and met all our needs. I had a meatball sub and it was delicious. My husband had the spaghetti and was not disappointed either. We will be back! The entire place was clean and kept up.

I can’t find the review I put on here so I’ll do it again. Went there last Friday night walked in place my order, and when I hit no for the tip as I was paying the manager who is taking my order groaned like I hit him in the stomach. as I said and waited for my food and watch people before and after me be served I finally went to the front counter and he picked up my order and said oh are you the guy waiting on the lasagna? It’ll be out just a minute to try here so I will not be back. I’ll tip if I want to tip and you shouldn’t be forced to at a stinking fast food restaurant.

Ordered online, Picked it up, the atmosphere wasn't the best. My first time in the place, I didn't know exactly where my food was at, and the girls at the register was a little hateful. I got the food home my husband tore into his, mine had barely any sauce on it at all. I should have took a picture but I couldn't cover the spaghetti and it was dry so that's why I got a three-star.
