We held our son's 8th birthday party here and it was SO MUCH FUN! Everyone had a blast. I can tell how passionate Ariel is about skateboarding...she just radiates joy. Ariel and Teddy (sp?) were so helpful with both the kids and adults that were skateboarding. I can't recommend this place enough!!! DeKalb is lucky to have this in our town.

Great skate shop and park. Super friendly staff and a good group of skaters in the park. They’ve got a ton of great obstacles for learning and getting back into skating. All around a great place.

I really can't say enough good things about this place, it's so overwhelmingly positive.

My son just turned seven and had developed an interest in skateboarding after seeing older kids at the skate park, so I took to Google to find him some lessons, and I'm glad I did, because I found Fargo.

This place has a Saturday morning beginner class that's PERFECT for beginners. Fundamentals, the pieces of the board, what stances are called, all that. The instructors know their stuff, and you'll always see them floating around before and after classes skating.

In addition to the formal class, there's open skate that also has instruction, but more one on one, as less people come or, people come and go.

My son started here at the beginning of July, but has progressed from pushes and balance to ramps, to bigger ramps, to drop ins, to kick turns, to jumps.

I've noticed his self confidence is much higher since we've started coming here and he really feels a sense of belonging with the other skaters. The older kids include him and give him help along the way and it's just so damn awesome to see week in and week out.

Never have I felt more welcome in a business than how I felt at Fargo. I was hesitant about wanting to pick up skating again because it had been so many years since I had done it last, but Ariel helped get me back up in the hobby and I am so excited to get skating again. Seriously, if you want to get into skateboarding, go here.

Being with the owner Ariel and doing our podcast there was a fantastic time. This place is a great spot to skateboard, and you can't beat the shop. Being able to talk all about skateboards and history of the building is simply the best! We will visit this place again. Check it out!

The Fargo is an amazing place if you wanna learn how to skate board, Ariel along with the others are amazing teachers and are always wanting you to be better, I’ve never had a bad experience and the more I go to the Fargo the more I love skating
