We went last Saturday for a toddler drop-in from 10-11 AM. My daughter loved it. Not sure what people are complaining about. Go early. Avoid the crowds and have a good time. Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. We're going again soon!

I do not recommend Richmond Extreme Air Park at all. I celebrated my son’s birthday there last Sunday and had a terrible experience with the so-called manager. I had a party of 10 kids but ended up paying for 11 due to a staff error—they gave a sticker to someone outside my group. Despite having proof from the signed waivers (showing 10 kids) and the acknowledgment of the mistake by another staff member, the manager refused to offer any compensation or solution, saying, 'I can’t give you a voucher', write an email if you want!. His attitude was terrible and disrespectful, showing zero customer service skills. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. I left extremely disappointed and will never return. I do not recommend this place to anyone for birthday celebrations!

Last year we came, were able to setup the room we had rented right away. This year we were denied access to the room until the kids are done jumping. Thanks to the unprofessional staff that tell you in your face that they don’t care about your problems, our cake, and our ice cream Melted, and we had no time to set up the room before the kids were done jumping. Several customers around me were witness To the argument we had with the lady behind the counter, saying, I don’t care about your problems. I asked why Can’t I use a room that’s empty. She could only say that’s our rules.
Well, because of that rule and the unprofessional manner in which they handled my problem, I will not be going back again. I will take my business somewhere where I’m appreciated.

If there’s zero than I would say zero. The staff there is extremely rude, and couldn’t even wait for just a few seconds for not leave the area quickly! I don’t recommend them to get a business, all of the costumers will leave because of their attitude.

I am 11 years old, I am using my mom’s account and that’s my personal experience. The staff yelled at me and threatened me to leave when I was first on the trampoline and some other kids came after me. It made me feel furious.
Hope you will make a good human being!
Merry Christmas!!!

Everyone can see how rude the staff trade kids by their reply

I would suggest the New West location over the Richmond one. One women staff member was yelling over a megaphone over top of loud music at every little thing. (Very hard to hear) She was giving mixed messages to the kids, allowing some kids to do some things such as flips into the foam pit and then yelling at someone else for doing the same thing. She did this in many different scenarios.

One of the kids I was with had got something in their eye and so we were sitting on the trampoline and she yelled at us because we were sitting on the trampoline. She needed to take a chill pill.

I made a complaint to the front desk but they didn’t seem too concerned.

I’ve been to the New West location as well and the staff was a lot nicer and very friendly. Shoutout to the young man who was helping the kids with the climbing wall at the Richmond location. He seemed to be the only staff member that was happy to be there.

What type of owner makes a rude comment after a customer gives a bad review? That just goes to show what type of business they are running.

All prices at the till are more expensive than what are stated on the website. We went on a Tuesday and the price for unlimited jumping at the Richmond location was $30. Website says $26 for unlimited.
(Thank you for your response. I asked at the till why there was a price difference from the website and the staff member was unable to explain that the in store posted price included tax and sox and only stated that they didn’t know. Might be helpful if staff could explain the price difference or have your sign explain what is included.)
In the jumping area there were no staff to be seen and older kids were bullying younger kids and participating in some very unsafe play. A random dad had to intervene for safety and still not a staff member in sight.

I was originally thrilled that a place intended for kids would be an amazing place for parents. I saw that they had a "Parents Only - No Minors" room, so that I could work while my kids had fun. I packed up a bunch of work, grabbed my laptop, and took my kids to have fun while I worked. If it had actually been that way, this would be a five star review. Sadly, I wasn't able to get any work done because the "parents room" had loud children in it the whole time. I won't be returning.
