I still have one more game to play at this location (sixth wave) but every single time I come here the experience is fantastic. The rooms are novel and fun and the sets are super cute! Each room will test you and your puzzle solving abilities and I really applaud the creativity and the design and craftsmanship of both the puzzles and props! I played Diamond heist with my family (a group of 5) and then Skinned alive, toy room and wild west I've completed with just myself.

Every room experience is fresh from the others and one of my favorite parts through all of my experiences at this location is the customer service! Starr and Jordan are so hardworking and so personable i could honestly see myself talking forever with them lol.

Awesome location, awesome staff, and awesome experiences, thank you so much escape thrill team!!

We went for the gem mining and ended up staying to do an escape room. Starr was very friendly and helpful. She explained about the mining and about the different skill levels and themes of the escape rooms. She was informative without being pushy or hard selling. We had a great time doing the riddles around the office. The gem mining was really cool, and the room was decorated to feel very immersive. As for the escape room experience, we picked the middle skill level one, and it was challenging but not impossible to complete - we finished with 4 seconds to spare ? I definitely need to go back and try the other rooms.

Just went for the second time and it was great! Starr was a wonderful and kind GM. We did sixth wave and there were lots of technical things, and one didn’t work (no biggie for our group, stuff happens!) but Starr handled it amazingly and professionally! Will definitely be back again!

My 10 year old daughter and I took on the Diamond Heist room just the two of us. We had an absolute blast! Starr was amazing, so kind and upbeat, a great host! We escaped woo hooo! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time here and Starr was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are hard enough to challenge you but they don’t try to trip you up or make it too difficult to ever succeed. We loved the gem mining for our daughter and would definitely recommend an afternoon here- especially on a rainy or super hot day!

We've done two escape rooms with Escape Thrill (the heist themed one and western themed ome), and both were wonderful and unique experiences! Starr helped get us set up both times and was lovely. We can't wait to do our next room

We ended up doing two rooms at this location and I was worried there would be too many similarities in puzzles or objectives, but both rooms were unique and fun! The decor and atmosphere were great. The staff member that we had the pleasure of dealing with, Jordan, was very friendly and helpful when we needed a hint or two; overall she added to the experience. The rooms were on the smaller side compared to other rooms I have been to, which makes it perfect for small groups like mine. I will definitely be coming back for the other and future rooms!

Starr was a PERFECT host for my grandma and me tonight! We did the Skinned Alive room and it was so much fun. It had a great pace, cool puzzles, exciting atmosphere, and was the perfect balance between challenging and doable. Starr’s clues were really helpful and we managed to get out with about 5 minutes left. As someone who works at another local escape room, I was extremely impressed by the room design and the gameplay, and I definitely want to come back and do Escape Thrill’s other rooms. Additionally, I really appreciated the fact that I was allowed to reschedule my game after my date stood me up on the day I was originally going to play. Overall a wonderful experience on both a game level and a personal level, and I highly recommend.
