If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Their baristas and cashiers are always so professional and courteous. I decided to leave a review though after last night, I went to get my usual, a regular green smoothie peach base and the young man at the window on this Friday night, he had short blonde hair but I just love him. He's always so sweet and attentive when taking orders, even putting my smoothie in a larger cup because he blended too much. It's the little things for me honestly. I frequent this place weekly, so being a valued customer, means a lot. On top of the great customer service you receive. Definitely highly recommended.

I Drink eliano's twice and it's just Getting new people in and they don't know how to make the drinks like normal or something. Because now there's no caramel in my cup and I got a caramel freezer. And it doesn't taste sweet at all it taste like straight coffee. I'm not one to complain, but it's just getting worse and worse.

This coffee was better than Starbucks got the caramel freeze, and my daughter got an Oreo freeze.. incredible. And the staff was very sweet.

Update: I HATE leaving this review. This has been my favorite coffee place for years. I was thrilled when they finally got a rewards app and I became a platinum member in no time because I'd go almost daily, sometimes multiple times. But the wait times have gotten ridiculous and it's frustrating when the employees have zero urgency and are completely unapologetic. Most of them genuinely do not care if the customers leave or not, some will stand their and talk with their friends or coworkers while they have customers waiting. Lanie is great along with the taller black girl who has been there a while but that's about all the decent ones left. I've tried to utilize the app and help by ordering ahead, its only 1 drink afterall so its a small order. Both times I've done that I still had to wait in line and then wait longer at the window because they never made it, then wait longer because it's made wrong. I even write in the comment box about my drink. Then the girls have an attitude when I ask for it to be fixed. I used to always let it go but now I don't because I repeatedly tell them I want drizzle and they still leave it out 90% of the time. So yes since I've told u 3 times and u didn't care to pay attention to me now I do want it remade. It's just getting worse up there. The old crew cared. I miss them and I will miss ellianos.

My favorite coffee company hands down! Large variety, plenty of sugar free and fat free options. All around much better than places like starbucks? my only complaint is theres always a long wait. I wish they were a little quicker. But my drink is always good!

Love their white mocha frappe! Every time I go through Waycross, I always stop here and get myself a treat! There's usually a wait even with 2 drive thru windows, but it's worth the wait!
