I’ll most likely change this since I do go to Dunkin every morning, I go today like everyday to get the same things, to be told I forgot to heat the oven so you can’t get the food you want. I drive around to get my coffee at least to not have a coffee ready. I get my coffee and mind you I simply reorder the same order daily, I had to ask for the cold foam to be told “I’ll do that for you” hun, its on the ticket you should have done it to begin with. Not to mention the coffee is terrible today or maybe it’s in my head bc I’m afraid to drink it not knowing if I piss the worker off so no telling what is really in it.
This is just very disappointing. I just moved back to Ozark from Enterprise and NEVER did I have this issue there. I’m just highly annoyed. Worse I don’t even know if I can go back and trust that my stuff will be okay to drink/eat since I had to call Dunkin customer service. && posted the pic to show I did in fact place an order with cold foam for the smart ass comment of “I’ll do that for you”

I ordered one donut about an hour before closing and the two girls working inside surprised me with a bag full! Obviously they didn’t want to have to throw them out if the donuts didn’t sell, but both ladies were nothing but nice and enthusiastic about their jobs. We had a good laugh and they truly made my night!

We stopped by there tonight and had the friendliest person help us. I think her name is Ebony? I made a mistake on my order and she fixed it without two thoughts. She made my night!

Walked in Dunkin' Donuts today, ordered munchkins hardly had any to choose from. I asked if they had more outback. They said they haven't had time to make any they weren't busy at all. They looked understaffed. Very disappointing couldn't even get the order right then. I asked for another sesame bagel, had none.

This location has just recently opened, and while I understand there are always a few kinks to work out in the beginning, my orders have been consistently wrong every single time but the first day (I've been 8+ times for myself, friends and family, since their opening so definitely have given them a fair chance before coming to my current assessment.) From the employees not knowing their product (like what a "Boston Kreme" donut is, the difference between the chorizo wrap v.s. the chicken wrap -one is neon orange on the outside, one is regular tortilla color... so it's should be easy to know which is which even if not labled...- how to make a frozen BLENDED drink v.s. an iced one), to items being completely omitted from my orders due to either carelessness/forgetfulness or to lack of current availability. Big hint, it's not good business practice to take people's money and not provide the goods the customers paid for... Try offering a substitute but if none is available or acceptable, don't charge them and give them a refund. Oh and please, PLEASE stop putting ICED donuts upside-down, smooshed in paper bags... all the icing ends up coming off and sticking to the paper instead of the donut. Using a small box for those would be best. A little care in handling the product would go a long way. Just very basic common sense stuff here, guys.
Now a couple of the handful employees are at least trying* so even when those few mess up, they attempt* to make it right when an issue is brought to their attention. I just wish I didn't have to do it every. single. time. (Hence my current 3 star-rating).
My recommendation is to bring in an experienced, competent DD manager or GM that knows what they are doing and do a complete, thorough re-training to every employee there: learn the products, customer service etiquette basics, how to keep, label and organize inventory so you know what you have and how much* you have, how to food-prep, etc. I WANT this business location to do well, so hopefully IF those issues can be addressed and worked out, this town can continue to have more successful business places to frequent and I can continue to indulge in getting my DD-fix, locally*!
