I recently visited Duke's Alley, and I’m so impressed! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home, making sure we had everything we needed for a fun night of bowling.
Now, let’s talk about the food – wow! We ordered pizza and a few other items from the kitchen, and everything was delicious. The pizza had a perfect crust, and the toppings were fresh and generous. It’s clear that the kitchen staff takes pride in what they serve.
Between the fantastic customer service and the high-quality food, Duke's Alley offers more than just bowling – it’s a complete experience. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly outing with great food. Five stars all the way!

The staff there are some of the friendliest folks I've met Super helpful if we needed anything.
Who knew a bowling alley could have such awesome eats? We ordered a pizza and, it was delicious! Perfect crust and loaded with toppings. Tried a few other things off the menu too, and everything was on point.
All in all, it was a fun night out with great bowling and even better food.

When you wanna have a little fun and not go to a “club” Dukes is the perfect place! You can bowl, take the kids to the arcade or go to grab some great food and a cold drink. Their fries are the best!!!! Coldest drinks and the bartender is A+. Always busy and keeps your drinks full. Misty is definitely a keeper behind the bar! If you haven’t tried Dukes Alley you need to try it out!!!

Brought our granddaughter here on a Sunday and for the first time. It was a little busy but we just wanted to play the arcades. I was disappointed by the number of games that weren’t working. The arcade area is small and it was crowded. The place was clean and she had a good time but it didn’t take long at all to spend $60

Awesome experience and awesome bar staff! Misty was super fun and the drinks were on point. The pizza was delicious and the kids really enjoyed bowling. We will be going back soon.

I took my daughter her for her sweet 16. The party room was small. They give you the option online to buy a bowling pin. You could get an old one or a new one. I spent the extra money for a new one. When I let the lady at the desk know I had purchased a bowling pin she brought me a used one. I let her know that I had purchased a new one and she said that they don’t give out the new ones. We did have fun, but we had issues with our lanes. The bumper guards wasn’t working properly, the balls wasn’t coming back, and the pin reset wasn’t working properly. We went up to the front desk several times about our issues and the lady that was working was being rude as all get out. Her name was Kailey. She was just sitting on her phone not wanting to help anyone and when she did talk she wasn’t very nice about it either. She at one point rolled her eyes at us. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. This is not how a business should treat their customers especially the ones who spent the amount of money we did.

Overpriced, Broken Equipment, and Apathetic Staff Ruined Our Party
Our friends booked this bowling alley for their daughter's Sweet 16, and it was a huge disappointment. The staff member at the counter was more interested in their phone than helping customers. They paid a very high price for lanes with broken equipment, and one lane constantly malfunctioned, costing us 20 minutes of our game time. When we asked for help, the staff member was unhelpful and rude.
Our friends spent hundreds of dollars hoping for a great party, but this place completely failed to deliver even basic service. Don't waste your time or money here. There are better bowling alleys with fair prices, working equipment, and staff who actually care about their customers

Very poor customer service! The young girl working was not only not friendly she was not helpful. My friend and I met up with our families not only had to wait almost an hour because she said we had to have two lanes due to our kids wanting to bowl…They range from 2-5. We were ok with one lane and sharing but had to wait for two lanes due to us having 8 people. As we waited and finally got a lane and she asked if we wanted 30-1hr. I said probably 30mins thinking we can extend time if needed. She then proceeds to tell me one of us has to pay for all of it….I was like no we are splitting it. She said she couldn’t do that. I told her how about you ring up one lane, 4 shoes, and charge one of us and then do the same for the other…Finally we are about to bowl! Well we told our husbands we did 30mins and they said to go back and do an hour. Literally we went back and she said we couldnt pay for 30 more mins….When not even 5mins ago she offered us an 1hr….She was not only rude but she honestly could careless to help in ANYWAY! Worst customer service. Recommend going somewhere else to bowl like Rome or Chattanooga. We will not be back.
