I went to DRIP yesterday for the first time. I've never been to a place like this and I was full of questions. I have some lower back pain from slipping on black ice about 3 weeks ago while out of town. I've been hobbling around for a few weeks since in horrible back pain. A friend of mine told me this place would help for a number of reasons and while looking into it, back pain and inflammation was something they help with. So I figured I would give them a shot. Couldn't hurt right?

The questions -
How often is the tubs cleaned out? - Weekly, and they are chlorinated. they have 2 tubs the "warmer" one was at 49 degrees. I chose that tub since I hate the cold to begin with. I lasted a little over 4 min!

What to wear? - I came from work, but stopped by my house on the way to grab my bathing suit. They have sweatpants, a long sleeved shirt and socks provided. Since I was doing both the heat and the cold, I wore my bathing suit under their clothes so it was easier to change for the tub.

Does it work? - Personally, I was having issues lifting my leg to get into the car, or pick up my dog'd bowl to feed him. Am I 100% cured? No, but wow do I feel a whole lot better after than I did going in!

There are way more beneficiaries to doing something like this to your body. This helped me tremendously in just 1 treatment! I'll defiantly go back!!!

DRIP quickly became my favorite “me-time” activity! Using the infrared sauna bed helped me recover quicker from foot surgery, it has helped with muscle recovery after tough workouts, & it helps me feel better overall. The owners are the sweetest too! I highly recommend!!!

Wanted to do this as a surprise, this was my first time ever cold plunging. The establishment is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was very private and relaxing. I definitely recommend coming here and partaking in any of the available services included within Drip!

Loved it! From the infrared sauna to the ice plunge, fantastic experience. I was able to relax and my muscle soreness is so much less. I can't wait to bring my husband in to try it. So good!!

I absolutely love coming here my girlfriend and I come once a week for our saunas. I also do the ice bath twice a month the energy and the vibe from Chelsea was immaculate. Definitely comfortable and very helpful for muscle recovery.

This was the first time I’ve ever done a sauna or a cold plunge and I had an amazing experience! The sauna beds were private and so comfortable and I got a serious sweat going. They have a 45 and 50 degree cold plunge. I did the 50 degree and got out feeling amazing and energized. Highly recommend!

I sent my partner here for his birthday and he loved it! He always needs help relaxing and he works out often so he is always sore. He said Chelsea was super nice and Jessica who I spoke with to book the appointment was also very nice! My partner did the fire and ice service and said it was amazing and very much needed!
