We tried the Philly cheese steak pizza & the Carmel apple dessert pizza tonight. The Philly cheese steak pizza was great! Loved that the pepper and onions were cooked perfect. The crust supported the ample amount of toppings. The mix of cheese hit the spot! Would definitely order again. Same for the dessert pizza! The Carmel apple was perfect for this fall day. Definitely will be back! Thanks again!

Ordered a pizza a specific way, when i called realizing it was made with the wrong sauce, the employee that took the order put me on hold and came back saying the manager said “since i told him i repeated the order back to you they could not do anything about it, sorry and good bye” I was not repeated the order back to me, I called back asking for a manager and he handled it the exact opposite of how you should being in the position they were. He told me that he believed his employee and he didn’t appreciate me calling her a liar which was never the case, I simply said she did not repeat the order back to me. It was a 28$ pizza and he offered a 5$ credit and I said after 10 years of ordering and being a loyal customer that I would not come back. Didn’t seem to be bothered by that at all, when I explained how taking her word over me just because she was his employer isn’t fair or right when it was hear say. Only then is when he said he would credit me for the pizza. Not looking for a handout and that’s what he made it to be, so I won’t be needing that credit because don’t plan on coming back. When there is a dispute between how a pizza was ordered and it comes down to taking someone’s word over the other the customer should probably get the benefit of the doubt. Horrible customer service things were never like this before, must be new owners….. Plenty of other pizza places in the area that would never interrogate a customer over a order being taken incorrectly. Pizza prob cost them 5$ to make and they’ve lost a customer that has spent 100$s of dollars over the 10 years. Absolutely petty.

We couldn't stop talking about how great this pizza was at my family bday party! First time trying it & we're already planning our next order. The crust was crisp and very tasty, the toppings were all fresh, especially noticed on the margarita pizza. Olive oil was perfect! I'm from Chicago and my husband's from New York. We've lived in the DeKalb area for 12 years and tried just about every pizza place. Dough Brothers is by far the BEST! Keep 'em coming guys!

I recently moved to the area and decided to give a local pizza place a try. I ordered a beef roll with onions and green peppers, but when I got home, I realized they had forgotten to put the beef on the roll. I called the manager, Perez, the next day, and they made it right by giving me a free beef roll. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this place. If they make a mistake, they’re more than willing to make it up to you. As someone who’s new to the area, I’ll definitely be back for my next pizza craving! Thanks a bunch!

Food was good, what we got of it that is. Unfortunately once orderd online, their policy is to not refund items that they are out of stock of... despite having a cash register to easily reach into. Once home, items were noticed missing from the order as well.

Restaurant credit was offered upon calling with the missing items. I essentially paid $60 for pizza that would have cost $40 had I paid for the items that I actually received.

Very underwhelming experience. Would not recommend (unless someone else is paying and wants to throw money away!!)

*update- they did refund for some missing items via Slice (3rd party app). May not be aware of other missing items? I can appreciate the difficulties of running a business and relying on 3rd party support - the original request from the store was that I could reach out for a refund from Slice. I am pleased they were able to deal with their 3rd party app to refund as opposed to pass it along as not their problem. It would be nice to have this on the front end as opposed to a reaction to a Google review.

I LOVE the desert pizza, brings back childhood memories of the cherry desert pizza on the buffet at Pizza Hut (but better!). My family enjoys the double dough pizza and the pickle pizza!

Great pizza! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was so delicious! Dough was perfect and pepperoni and cheese were greatly!
