Received a gift card as a present. Tried to use it last week, they told me they had a new system that couldn’t look up my gift card, so they took down my name, and gift card number. Told me they would look up the amount, and tell me the amount next time I go in, but I would have to pay this time. Okay, annoying I couldn’t use it but okay. I called today before I went in to check the amount on the card they were supposed to look up. Employee told me the manager has just barely left, and couldn’t tell me the amount on my card because apparently it was never looked up… took my name down again for the manager to call me…. Rather annoying. I asked if the Chubbuck location could take my gift card and he said they aren’t set up to take gift cards… Don’t sell gift cards if the people who are being gifted them and trying to use them can’t because of an older system issue, or employee incompetence. I’m all about supporting local but this was rather frustrating. I’ve always really liked double shot, this is really disappointing- Get it together.

Well I can say without a doubt hands down the best coffee in town I have been visiting fairly frequently for the last few months and I have yet to have a bad experience... I guess you could say I might be a regular .... When you get to the window And they already have your order ready to go .... Truly the best staff. Excellent customer service And always eager to see you it's a nice change from the box store coffee shops that charge astronomically too much. Please keep up the great work. Thanks

They could offer to warm the pastries before giving them through the window. Mine was ice cold on a cold morning, and honestly tasted like a brown sugar poptart with more frosting (which may be your thing). Coffee was ok, nothing special but definitely not as weird as the pastry

Oh man! What a coffee! I was driving to Yellowstone and found this shop. Never expected a good coffee in such a remote town. But this place made coffee better than most coffee shops I visited in the country. Prices are low and staff is friendly

Everytime we visit we stop here! A great selection of drinks at a great price! Everyone is very kind a patient. I haven't had a bad drink yet! Bonus they have a puppy cup of whipped cream and a dog treat! I highly recommend stopping by!

Coffee was standard in quality and taste. Like many places, they don't offer dark roast after a certain time. I prefer dark roast. Lattes have been hit and miss. Sometimes they are on point and other times they are bitter. This place gets very busy being on Jefferson Ave. Great location. Sometimes lines are a bit overwhelming.

Absolutely amazing all the way around!! Never a disappointment! Friendly staff, yummy treats, and mouthwatering coffee (They even treat the fur babies!)
