Ordered two pizzas without Italian seasonings. Replace this same order every time. Every time we order we receive Italian seasoning on our pizza. When we call to tell them of the mistake we are called a liar. The manager actually said we were lying and to bring the pizza down and prove it. I brought the pizza down he still called me a liar, he said that they do not make mistakes, and that we should pay attention when we order a pizza and select no Italian seasoning. I pulled up all my previous orders on my phone and show him where we have selected no seasoning every single time. He still says they do not make mistakes but remade one of the pizzas. This experience sets a new record for worst customer service. We received this treatment on every order. If there was another restaurant that delivered in our area we would use it.

Ordered Pasta bowl, Loaded tots, and a specialty pizza. My first problem was having no fork to use with the pasta bowl or loaded tots. It was annoying not having that or napkins. I then noticed that my specialty pizza (which was a buffalo chicken pizza) HAD ONIONS! Even though on the receipt it said “NO ONIONS” which is how I ordered it. At this point it was a 2 and a half star in my mind and I was disappointed but not upset. But then… I notice that the pizza is… Different. I then look at the bottom of the pizza to see that it ISN’T EVEN CUT! Who wants to eat a pizza that isn’t sliced? I know I don’t. While I understand that it is July 4th and these guys/girls don’t even want to work, it’s still disappointing to see that they got sloppy with their work. It’s not like take out is affordable anymore.

At no time should an employee stick their hands into different containers cross contamination will occur. No gloves. I have seen this twice. I mean who knows what lives under them fingernails.

We've ordered from here about 5 times now each time was through the app. I really like the app it's easy to use and you get reward points towards a free pizza. Today I unlocked a free pizza ?. I use the pickup window because it's right down the street from my house. Anyway I'm glad we have them. I get a Bacon and pineapple medium for $5.99 each time. I think that's a great deal.

The Vilonia, AR store does the best job compared to other stores.

Absolutely the worst experience at any Domino's and the manager...Mike's attitude only made it worse...if these sorry pizzas wornt for my daughters Bday party...I'll stop there...one pizza had to be remade because they sent it with the delivery driver....so they had more than an opportunity to correct the burnt pizzas that had sat under the heater fora minimum of 15 minutes while they corrected their first mistake.

I just ordered delivery. My pizza was not cut all the way through and my Alfredo was all over the box instead of the pizza I had to scoop it back onto the pizza.
