I went to dogwood last night in hopes to have a fun time after a long week. We ordered our drinks and food soon after we got there. As my bbq pizza came to my table, the server dropped it on my brand new Kansas City Cheifs white hoodie I got at a game two weeks ago. A piece fell on me and another on my lap which then ended on the floor. He looked at me for a second before saying sorry and walked away. The girl who took my order came back and then I explained to her what happened and brought me a couple rags. She told me the guy in the back who dropped the pizza was asking her if I was mad and she said she would’ve been. Seemed kinda like a joke…By that time I knew it was ruined and the night was off so we ate a little and decided to go somewhere else. When I got the bill, I was shocked to see that we paid full price for a pizza that part ended on the ground and a manager did not discount or even come to talk to us. Very disappointed for someone who comes here often.

We reserved seating for our party of 12…we did this 3 weeks ahead of time. I do wish we had the couches but it is what it is. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We were able to feed all of us with pizza and appetizers and had plenty of left overs for later. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Downsides are the axe throwing was completely closed, the Dippin dots just need to be removed. No dippin dots and filled with ice. A worker was only working the front table very randomly to obtain game cards. We did bottomless mimosas and they ran out of champagne. Service was pretty slow.

Overall, everyone really enjoyed themselves. The food was great and we will definitely come back.

Saturday, October 5, 2024 was my first time visiting Dogwood Social House. We were there celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday. It was 15 people in our party and our waitress Lauren was amazing!! The food and drinks were awesome and it was an all around great experience!

Just had my son’s 7th birthday party there today and we had a blast!! We had a party of 30 and our server Katherine was amazing! We always had our drinks, our food came out fast, and she was so sweet to my kid. She was really helpful with all the things I needed. I’m sure she had other tables but we couldn’t tell. We were there for about 4 hours and she did great the whole time. My friend told me she wants to have her daughter’s birthday there and is planning on requesting Katherine as her server. Love Dogwood Social! Katherine-tell your grandma Mary I said hi!

This was a great experience! The food was delicious. The beer wall was a treat and had a pretty decent variety. The prices were fair. The game room was fun to experience. I loved the huge open aesthetic. Try the nachos or poutine for a great appetizer to share.

Dogwood has been such an awesome place to book parties at! We recently booked an 80th birthday party there In December and they are so easy to book a party with and so lenient about everything And we are so thankful for them. We have had three huge parties with dogwood within the last year and we choose them because they make everything such an easy process. Thank you for always making our parties so great! My dad had the greatest time catching up with friends and family.

My favorite to get here is always the Pulled Pork Poutine. The fried egg is so runny when you cut the yolk in half. Fries are hot and crispy and pair well with the sauce they drizzle on top. The pulled pork is the best part and it's seasoned so well and super tender.

My only gripe with this place is the service. On a crowded night, you could be waiting upwards of 20-30 mins for someone to just get to you and take your order. There were times where I needed a straw, a refill of water, or a drink and I'd be forgotten. Be prepared for long wait times! I recommend going on days where there are no big games happening and probably during happy hour where there's no rush.

I'd suggest a kiosk/POS system where we can order our food, get one of those vibrating devices to wait for our meal and once it vibrates, pick up our food at a window of some sort.

I love this place and I want to see it improve. Delicious.
