My kids & I love this place! Mr. Shelby the manager is a very down to earth man & helps you with any questions or anything you need. Great staff! Definitely recommend getting a membership there you won't regret it!

Went here on our date night, it wasn't crowded thank goodness! We had a great time, but I can't imagine coming here when it's busy. You have to buy their socks which is $2 and can be used a few times. If you're a grown adult with size 7 feet or smaller, I suggest getting the juniors socks. Overall we had fun, definitely will be back.

DO NOT sign up for their monthly subscription. They can’t cancel the subscription if your account log in info doesn’t work and that’s the only way you can cancel. They can sign you up, but they can’t cancel. I’ve called and left several messages for the manager to contact me and they never cared to try or they were willfully negligent. Other than that, it’s a fun place for the kids.

My family of 20 went to Defy on last Sunday. we were helped by Nyla and she was amazing. So patient and helpful and kind to us. She stayed cool and calm under so much chaos of trying to get together names and birthdays and ages and rounding up 14 kids and just keeping everybody together and in order. So we just want to shout out Nyla for being such an awesome help!! She is definitely an asset to this place of business.

I booked my son’s 11th Birthday party here and the service was wonderful and staff were friendly and attentive. The kids had a great time and the parents had plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy watching all the fun!
