The staff is always so sweet and kind! One of my favorite morning routines. I always try a new MC when I go and there hasn’t been one I haven’t liked. Service is always fast too, so no waiting in long lines for drinks.

Some places where I get my coffee can make you feel a little intimidated if you don’t know what you want (looking at you little green mermaid) but the women here have never made me feel this way. There have been numerous time that I pull in with no idea what I want and the girls put something together for me that is always PHENOMENAL! I truly appreciate the kind and welcoming service that I receive here every single time.

After really bad customer service at another local coffee shop, I went to Dame Fine Coffee in Canton, Illinois. The barista was amazing! She took her time with me and made me test the drink before leaving. It didn't match the drink I usually order at the other coffee shop. She insisted on taking the drink back to fix it. The next try was perfect! She told me exactly what to order the next time. It's hard to find friendly employees. Dame Fine Coffee scored a gem with this barista! 😁☕️

I can honestly say I’m addicted. I’ve never had a food or coffee shop that I’ve absolutely loved everything I’ve gotten and I’m there almost daily. Customer service is top notch and that makes the experience even better. They also come up with fun drinks and if they don’t have something you want they offer suggestions and different combinations. I can’t express how important customer service is, glad it’s here in Canton!
