The snack bar employee “Jazzy” was very discriminatory towards me because of my non-melanated skin color. She served me raw chicken and was very difficult to work with. After dealing with Jazzy, the worker Abby helped me and gave me amazing service.

Took my daughter for an impromptu birthday celebration and let me just tell you, not only were the employees helpful in determining whether to rent a lane or pay by the game, the other patrons were happy to give our bowling challenged group pointers. The atmosphere was fantastic. There were swing dance lessons going on in the bar. The playlist was great and we ordered pizza that was better than any bowling alley food I have ever had. We put our order in later than we should've but the staff was kind about it and didn't rush us out the door when it arrived and they were ready to leave, I am sure. We had a great time and will do it again.

I used to love crest bowling but tonight me & my bsf took the kiddos out so our course it’s busy . It’s a Sunday no issue once we got our late about 5 mins later I went to place our order for an family size pizza & drinks they didn’t have family size so they told they where going to give me a large & a small pizza to equal to a family size (X-Large) I was fine) with that about 25/30 mins later I went to check on pizza wasn’t ready due to staff changing I have a special needs kids so it was kinda of an inconvenience but I still was patient about 15-20 mins pass by still was waiting on our pizza at this point I went to talk to the manger by time I went up there my number was called so I just walked away from him & told him nvm . When I got up there only 1 pizza was ready which ones the large the small wasn’t even made so I went back up there the lady told me she was going to have it made so I went to the manger ask for a refund. He took a while so I went back over to the kitchen she said they where putting it in so went back to manger told him too just keep the money & they where putting the other pizza in come to find out they never put it in. I was trying to explain the issue to the manger he was very rude telling me ohh I just have to take the money & they are not making me anything because it was miscommunication from his kitchen staff. I was very patient he was rude I told him I was gone to write an review he said he didn’t care & they where not making me anything . I have never had an issues be side today they are horrible I will not be back

I was at crest bowl recently and there was a worker at the snack bar named Abby she was very polite and caring she made sure everything was done correctly we need more people like her in our community

Decent bowling alley. Some of the workers tend to do nothing. Don't see why I have to ask the counter for a table to be cleaned when there isn't a lot of people. Should be cleaning it when people leave or not putting people on lanes with dirty tables
