This is the best workout I get in a week. Mario is an incredible trainer. I had no experience when I joined and I feel that Mario caters the workouts to my level. His playlists are top tier and the competitive atmosphere of the workout sessions make the time fly by. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to give kickboxing/boxing a try!

I can’t speak highly enough about Cornerstone MMA. I started 5 years ago to lose weight and get in shape, and badgered my son to come with me. We did not expect that it would awaken a passion and love for the sport. 5 years later, my son has competed in multiple combat sport disciplines, I lost the weight, and the coaches and friends from the gym have become some of my favorite people. It’s a great place to thrive no matter your experience level or goals.

I have been training with Mario for the last 10 years and was so happy when he opened Cornerstone. I am currently being trained during the morning workout classes conducted by Mario. The class is challenging, fun and teaches skill building for new students and seasoned veterans.

About a year ago my friends invited me to join a kickboxing class and I liked it so much I started going regularly. Recently I joined jiu-jitsu too. It’s a great workout, and I keep learning and improving my technique. Staff is super nice and very knowledgeable.
