What a great place with wonderful staff! We’ve been going to this location for a couple years now and gotten to know a couple of the staff members very well.
Recently we made a reservation to celebrate my parent’s birthdays and we had an amazing time. Manager Jen was there to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. The waiters were very attentive and always had a smile on their faces. I’m sure our party of 13 (including two babies) wasn’t the easiest but they never missed a beat. The food came out warm and delicious, honestly no complaints from anyone in our group.
We look forward to our next visit.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Cooper’s Hawk, as it was quite disappointing, especially since it was a special occasion to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday.

We arrived for our 7:00 PM reservation and were excited to make use our new Wine Club benefits. However, after 40 minutes of waiting, our waiter informed us that our food would take longer due to a large table nearby. We tried to be understanding, but as we noticed another table, which arrived 15 minutes after us, enjoying dessert, our patience ran out.

After an hour, one of the managers came up to us and informed us we would have to wait another 20 minutes since apparently the waiter had not placed our order and that was why our food was delayed. He mentioned the waiter was new. Keep in mind, this was the second excuse we were getting for our food being delayed. My boyfriend and I paid attention other three tables who arrived after us and they were all ordering dessert or about to leave. Unfortunately, we couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being treated differently, particularly as we were the only guests of color.

After another 15 minutes and still no food, needless to say we began feeling frustrated. We hadn’t even been served bread. My boyfriend and I just wanted to leave. We called the managers over and they were understanding of the situation. They were just bringing our food, but since I was in tears, we had to take our food for to go as the moment had already been ruined for us. My boyfriend and I could not possibly stay there to “celebrate” after being discriminated against. I won’t be renewing my Wine Club membership, for obvious reasons.

I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects the importance of equitable treatment for all guests.

This squirrel 🐿️ and momma squirrel 🐿️ now LOVE THIS PLACE! Biggest reason is one great host.. 😉 Christine. You MUST ASK FOR HER!
The food is great 👍 and prices fair (premium food quality). The wine 🍷 is so good we joined the wine club! 🍷They get busy and you should always make a reservation. Ive found the best place in because of the staff, the Christine is one to call out as the best. Momma squirrel 🐿️ and I went back the the other hosts are nice and good however I'll be calling and asking for her table by name when we use our wine 🍷 club perks. The place is always clean and there is nothing bad on the menu. My compliments to the chef.

We came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the environment is beautiful, the staff was amazing. I had the Filet mignon, it was very tasty but it’s a small portion size. I wish it was bigger but it’s the most expensive steak, it makes sense it small. You are paying for the taste not the size. If you have a birthday, they give you free chocolate. Overall my experience was amazing. Highly recommend coming.

I used to love coming to pick up food here but tonight was the last time. I ordered a jambalaya for take out and when i got there I had to wait like 5min before someone noticed me. When she finally came to help me she told me about the wineclub and i said i was not interested and her attitude towards me changed completely. She said ok i will be right back she came back with the bag handed me my receipt and walked away. She didn’t say anything so I looked inside my bag and noticed it was only bread and a cup of soup. So I tried getting her attention again and she was not even interested in looking towards me, I ended up asking in the front if my order was still being prepared because my bag was only bread and soup. They told me to hang on and asked me to go back to cary out area. After a few minutes the waitress that took my payment and gave me the bag said “Is there a problem? I said yes im waiting for my food this is not it, she said ummm “Do you not know how a jambalaya looks like ? And took out the soup and showed it to me like im an idiot, then another person came running to wait us to say it was the wrong order. This waitress just looked at me and said “hold on” rolled her eyes and brought my correct order, no apology no nothing. I don’t understand how hard it is for employees to be a little nicer, im a nurse and just worked a 24hr shift n this was my first meal. Not sure if because i was wearing scrubs and a bun she didn’t think I would tip or maybe she was mad I didn’t gef the wine club membership? Who knows but from now on I will just have my regular quick mc donalds bite to deal with this kind of service! Please train your employees better for take out and treat everyone with kindness and respect. You never know what someone is going through.

We had a girls dinner at Coopers Hawk and all was fantastic - the food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress Paula was amazing and just so sweet attentive. I ordered some appetizers to munch on. The drunken shrimp (came with 5) were good and crisp. the ‘over the border egg rolls’ were the best I have ever had! Two of the three dipping sauces it came with were dynamite! In additional to their famous crispy brussels sprouts, I will also be ordering the on the border egg rolls too. The Cooper’s hawk ale was also a delightful

Our server Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food and dessert were outstanding. Leftovers warmed up delightfully good. Had wine on a previous visit that was delish. Have had many great experiences at this location. Reliable, safe for food allergies and great food!
