Emily Aguirre was the most amazing employee I have ever had the opportunity to interact with. She is not only a fantastic socializer, but she also crafted two cups of ice cream that have completely excelled beyond all others I have tasted. Creamy, refreshing, and sweet: that is how I would explain the taste of her perfectly-portioned scoops.

Additionally, she created a safe space for my friend to do her insulin shot. With my friend’s permission, I have posted a picture that displays the comfort at which my courageous friend could perform a practice crucial to her survival as a diabetic, all thanks to the presence of Emily Aguirre.

We were so impressed by her service that we left a whopping $3 tip.

Will come back again.

Ordered Coffee Lovers Only in Everybody’s. To my disappointment the container was pretty empty for what I paid. This photo is taken after I told the gentleman to put more ice cream. Please do your job and give me what I paid for.
$18.99 is pretty pricey for a container that size.

RESPONSE TO OWNER:
You are very funny. That container didn’t stay out for 30 min. Also everyone can tell from the picture that it was DEFINETLY not overflowing. I have shopped at numerous Coldstones and none of them do this. My first and last time stepping into your store. Have lost a customer for life.

First of all, this location does not answer their phone. I had to call 5 separate times just to finally get ahold of someone. Secondly, don’t use DoorDash to get your Coldstone. They hand off the DoorDash orders to the wrong Dasher; they didn’t even check to make sure the Dasher picked up the right order in my case. He just walked off with it and boom, free ice cream at my expense. Then when I called DoorDash to help me get a refund, Coldstone refused to work with us. I will be contacting corporate. Thank you, DoorDash, for at least refunding me on your end.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. I like the option of making your own or any menu item with pictures. There ice cream base is a little more creamy than what I like but that is personal taste. They don't skimp on the add ins to make it worthwhile.

For starters the ice cream is always good! But they’re always so welcoming when you come in! Srimala (owner) is always so friendly and remembers your face! I’ve never had a dull moment when I’ve gone in, and I go A LOT! I highly recommend making this your designated ice cream spot. Great ice cream and even greater service experience!
