My husband and I partnered with Coastal Coffee Bar Co. for our wedding, and it was our guest's favorite thing! The coffee was delicious and our guests are still raving about it. Kasey and Donovan were both so personable and friendly. They helped coordinate with us for a wedding bride & groom beverages, created a custom stamp for all the cups, and built a unique latte stencil to match our theme. We were HIGHLY impressed with the quality, level of genuine customer service, and attention to detail throughout the whole planning process. Kasey even brought us signature coffee drinks to-go as we left our wedding venue. I highly recommend partnering with their team for coffee service at your next event!

Their coffee was nothing short of spectacular—smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed. The highlight was definitely the hot lattes, each adorned with stunning latte art featuring 23 on top, which was a lovely touch for our special day.

Emerald Coast Magazine partnered with Coastal Coffee Bar Co. for our 2023 Best of Emerald Coast Winners Soiree at Grand Boulevard in Mirimar Beach. It was a great addition to all the food and beverages that were served that evening and everyone absolutely loved the coffee. They created custom stickers for the cups which was a great touch. From beginining to end they were incredible to work with. Everything ran smoothly and we are very impressed with the customer service that we recieved and we truly look forward to continuing this relationship for future events. Highly recommended.

Coastal Coffee Bar exceeded my expectations. I thought I was just going to have a nice option of coffee at my wedding, but it ended up being an even bigger experience. Firstly, I never had to go get my own drink. They always came to me and served my husband and I with a joyful heart. I was dancing the night away with a coffee in my hand almost the whole time. And I can’t forget to mention the FANTASTIC smell of coffee in the Meeting House at Carillon Beach where we had all our coffee and desserts located. I walked in periodically just to take a breath in to try not to ever forget that incredible day. Lastly, my big Italian family who is a coffee connoisseur LOVED the coffee. So smooth. So tasty. People said it was some of the best espresso they ever had. Almost everyone had AT LEAST one drink. My Nana has 5 cappuccinos that night. I was so happy that my family hired them. It was the best night of my life with the best vendors anyone could work with. The joy of the Lord really shines through all they did!

We booked the Coastal Coffee Bar Co. for two days during a recent conference in Panama City Beach and we couldn't have been more pleased! Our conference staff and attendees were blown away with everything from how adorable the bar set up was to how AMAZING the drink options were. The owners & baristas, Donavan & Kasey Perry, were so professional and friendly and so, so, so easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again anytime our conference revisits the Emerald Coast area!

Unsurprisingly, Coastal Coffee Bar Co.'s coffee cart was a hit at our October wedding. They created a custom wedding stamp for the cups and a custom stencil for the drinks. Kasey & Donavan made sure we had whatever drink we wanted on our menu too! Our favorite part? That they use everything organic and local when possible and compostable cups! Best decision to add them to our wedding.
