Great experience. The attendant was very nice and helpful. He didn't seem bothered when he was needed. There were not any issues with the lanes either. Everything worked perfectly. The restrooms were immaculate, I could not believe my eyes or nose when I walked in. There is a lot to be said about having a clean restroom. Will not be going back to Mattoon lanes now that I know what Charleston has to offer. Kudos Chucktown Lanes.

Me and my friends play pool here all the time and it's.a blast. We love seeing people bowl, laugh and have fun, not only do me and my boys have fun , but others do too, and so should you! Grand environment, food,.and staff! Also free.water from the water fountain is really great!

Poor customer service. Told us they would reserve lanes for our big group (36 people) of people and when we showed up gave us two lanes, then took one of the two lanes and gave it to another group. We ended up waiting for 40 mins, and they were very rude.

Great potential to be a rockin' place but can't have that when your lanes don't work right. Our balls would keep getting stuck at the end of the lane and the pins would never reset. I lost count how many times we had the guy go back there and fix it.

Sad lanes kept breaking down. Balls wouldn't return. We had to keep pressing repetition. Started 2nd game, my 8 year old daughter got a strike and it gave her a 0.then got stuck again. We quit ,they charged me 16.50 and as we walked away my son heard one guy say to the "Whatno tip from him". I'll never go back. Took my kids out for a fun day of bowling and had no fun what so ever.

The experience was terrible. I have been in retail management and done mystery shopping and this is one of the worst experiences I have incurred. The owner was so rude and yelled in our faces. I will never go back again for sure. The bowling lanes weren’t too bad.

Close way to early. Use to have a lot of fun bowling during midnight bowl, now the lights come on at 10:30 close at 11:00. Disappointing.
