ordered 2 salads 1 salad was supposed to have double chicken as a protein with crotons, parm crisp, corn, cranberries, parm cheese. I feel like I Got a bowl of Romaine and paid almost 50$ for two salads. I did not get croutons or parm crisp and a couple pieced of corn and cranberries. This is not the first time this has happened to me and didn't want to do a review before because I was thinking maybe they were out and was giving them a chance but this is just unexceptable for the price I have to pay. I order from you guys all the time and this is happening more frequently to where I feel like I don't want to order from them anymore it's just unexceptable.

I’ve ordered takeout from here a few times, usually a salad and a wrap. The wraps have been excellent. The salads are hit or miss. For example, sometimes it’s filled to the brim, other times, maybe 3/4, inconsistent protein volume, completely fragmented falafel, etc. It’s definitely one of the healthiest options when it comes to takeout, just surprising the quality control isn’t better.

Chopt in Glastonbury is an excellent salad and warm bowl casual restaurant. First time at this location. Been to several locations in New York.

The ambiance and cleanliness. Five star
It’s nicely designed with modern touches and very clean.

It’s located near the Whole Foods which is very convenient and central.

Got the Greek salad, customized it with the dressing. It was pretty good. Some of the secondary vegetables were not as fresh as I usually like but they’re still pretty decent.

The lady at the counter was super nice and very helpful. Had a lot of questions and she was able to guide me. Will definitely be back.

Some of the best salads I’ve ever had! This was my first visit to a Chopt location and I am seriously impressed. We had the Heart of Palm and Santa Fe salads, and what impressed me the most was the effort to include layers of ingredients throughout the salad so you aren’t left with just lettuce after finishing the top. The bowl was huge, and I was so happy when I kept finding my favorite things, like tomatoes, chicken, or avocado, as I made my way towards the bottom. The wrap was delicious as well! Next time I’m going to try the lemon tahini dressing I saw on their board. Their variety is awesome, and Chopt has a beautiful space to sit and relax too.

Obsessed with Chopt I drive 45 mins to get it, the wraps are bomb and as a vegetarian I love that I can sub any meat for tofu easily. Store is clean and beautifully designed, staff is friendly and competent. There was a mistake with my order and it was fixed swiftly.

Consistently rock hard inedible rice in the rice bowls. Complained to corporate multiple times. Say they will take up with local store, never improves. Portion sizes seem to be inconsistent. One visit salads/grain bowl are overflowing... the next, half-filled. This local store seems to not care about the product. Multiple issues with them forgetting items or just not completing the most basic alterations. The staff seem nice though...I get a warm welcome and smile every time I come in to pick up orders. Too bad they can't make decent food. I want to like this place because the food is generally pretty tasty, but the inedible rice and mistakes to the orders on a regular basis prevents this. Shows a lack of decent management on both the local and regional level. Retraining on how to use the rice makers should be a priority. I'm done with them.

It’s exciting to see more healthy fast casual restaurants popping up in the area. I really enjoy chopt because of their vast amount of options for their salad/rice bowls. It’s easy to place an order ahead online and picking it up without waiting. The bowls are about 13 to 15 dollars, but they offer items like roasted sweet potatoes and sautéed kale which are well worth it. Everything is fresh and really tasty. Highly recommend checking out chopt for Lunch!
